[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This battery can be used in many things. But i found that using it in the fire alarm is the best. It keeps charge a long time. Then you can recharge it and use it again. They can be recharged hundreds of times. You can use them anywhere that uses the 9v battery.

Definitely saves money in the long run and the Energizer brand is top quality so this was a smart move to invest in replacing the 9V batteries in our carbon monoxide detectors. The charge is long lasting and recharging time doesn't take long. I will continue to stick with the Energizer brand and rechargeable batteries and would highly recommend to others.

My electronics were brought to life, and work better than before. So far so good. My husband is using these 9volt alkaline battery in an ultimate test. Smoke detector in my kitchen. I am so glad I found these batteries, they will safe me a ton of money over regular batteries.

I mean I was going through them left and right between remote control cars, and other toys it got crazy. I decided to get these cause I was tired of wasting money. I was sceptical at first with the rechargeable batteries. Thinking they wouldnt last long or they wouldn't hold charge. It proved me wrong I tell you it's been over a week in my kids remote for his car and it's still going strong. I got another for back up so I can always have one charged love it.

The battery comes recharged making it ready to use! This battery charges fast and can be charged 100's of times! Definatley a great value for your money! A battery is something you just can't go generic on because you will never find the quality of such a hard working battery unless you Energize!

It's awesome cause i put it in my carbon monoxide detector and I'll never have to worry about checking it as often and when it does die, I can recharge the battery. Great job Energizer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Energizer 9V1 recharge battery is the worlds first made with 4% recycled batteries. Seems to last longer than the past 9V I have had. Love that they added some green color to it also. Lol Energizer also a reliable brand to trust!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this brand for years. Having it be rechargeable have made it even better. I usually use this for toys and my smoke detector. These batteries are long lasting. I rarely have to change them. When I do, I just charge them up instead of throwing them away. It makes me feel better about the environment. I also feel I am saving money when I am able to use them again. Love them!

I haven't had the battery long enough for it to require a recharge. How would I be able to rate it's performance?

Bought by mistake. Looked up what a charger would cost and it's way too expensive.

Love the fact that I probably won't have to buy another battery for my remote for well over a decade, as I can just recharge this one!

I thought this was Li Ion. It is Ni MH, and isn’t rechargeable. This might be useful for some people, but I misread “Recharge” to mean rechargeable.

I needed a NiCad rechargeable battery for my rainbird sprinkler system controller and this battery was a Ni-Mh and would not work.

Work great last long, long shelf life

Cant find these boogers in the store. Home Depot had best price. Boom. Done deal.

Bought he battery in error, In my rush to checkout I didn’t realize it was a chargeable type. I only needed a regular 9 volt since I do not have a battery charger bits useless to me

The battery was bought for my guitar amp and it is holding out really well .
