A little bit more money than the cheap ones but you get what you pay for. I used this as a top mount and it just looks awesome! Very sleek, contemporary but not out of place in a more classical setting either. Perfect size and did I say it looks good?!!! 'Nuf said....

This sink will replace an existing bar sink in my basement. The sink has a material on the underside (don't know what it's made of) that gives the sink basin a very rigid feel with no flex or bending. I have no doubt that this could support a smaller garbage disposal. The finish looks very nice, but it does show fingerprints. The description said '1-Hole single bowl bar sink', but the item I received actually has two holes. It's not a big deal, but it does make it more difficult to find a faucet to fit the sink. It also would have been nice if they included the drain/strainer component, but I suppose people might need a specific one depending on their installation. I like the strainer design in the picture, but haven't been able to find it. HD does have several to choose from though. The sink itself is very well built and should replace my existing sink without modification to my counter. I won't know for sure until I find the right faucet for it. It does come with the mounting clips necessary for installation. A little silicon under the lip, drop it in your counter, attach the clips from underneath and you're done.

The sink is great, but since we have the option...
The sink is great, but since we have the option to undermount it, we shouldn't have to buy the clips to hold it separately. Also, for the price we pay, we should get the faucet with the sink.

While clips are only provided for drop-in installations, the model does include an undermount countertop cutout template and a professional, experienced installer should be able to fasten it to a solid surface countertop for you.
