Great Product but I have had some problems with it. Cons: First the belt came off, then a blower motor caused the belt to come off again and if I set anything on top of the unit it starts making a clicking sound. Pros: Easy to use controls. Holds very large loads. No more taking our King Size Comforter to the Cleaners.

The dryer runs well and has great features, but I've had this dryer less that a year and already the controls died; now the belt broke. Often stops running mid-cycle.

Absolutely the finest dryer I've ever owned. The drum is HUGE, the sensors know exactly when the load is dry, the cycle times are at least half the time of my previous model, it's incredibly quiet, lots of functions that ACTUALLY work, and its very stylish... Great piece.

I purchased the washer and dryer at the same time about 6 month ago have had the repairman here 3 differant times. Two of the times was to fix cheap plastic parts that had broken. the third was to replace the belt on the drum.

It takes a lot longer to dry all clothes than i expected.

I've owned the Electrolux dryer for about a year and a half now. It is reliable and I have yet to experience any kind of issue with it. It has myriad features - it does everything I could ever need a dryer to do (and then some, as some of the features are indeed functions I had never thought of but now use). At six feet tall, I am taller than the average female; therefore, the pedestals are necessary in terms of a comfortable height to load/unload the machine. The dryer runs quietly. I *really* like the flexibility afforded by various adjustable settings, i.e., the options of adjustable volume or of turning on/off the audible signals, or the ability change the direction of the door swing, A reasonably priced, great appliance.

I have been satisfied with the drying capabilities. Love the quickness and all the different settings. Its very stylish and fun to use however, i'm not please with the steam. My clothes always come out wet.

I bought both the Electrolux washer and dryer, and I am very satisfied. For the price (less than most on the market), I feel like I got the best possible product. The machines are well made, offer plenty of options, run quietly, are efficient, beautiful, and user-friendly. I dont' think there is a better product on the market today!

Had this dryer delivered today. 5 minutes into the initial cycle a huge puddle of water appeared on our floor. This was an internal leak and not a hose/fitting problem. Thankfully the delivery truck was only a few blocks away and they were able to take the dryer back to the appliance store. I now have to take another 4 hours off work next week (at my expense of course) to wait for the second delivery...will update this review based on what happens then. Be SURE to check steam function before your installers leave your property!

This Electrolux product dries our clothes quicker than our prior model. It is very quiet, especially compared to our prior model. It is also very stable. In the five months of use, it hasn't moved at all from it's original position. We were constantly adjusting the position of our other product model.

The fact that the dryer vents on the left with a 4" cavity to house the vent pipe & that the door is reversible sold me. This is absolutely the only dryer on the market with all 3 of these features and is the main reason I purchased this dryer (I checked every brand). That 4" cavity for the vent pipe is a great invention and only Electrolux offers this. We use nearly all of the dryer settings, they are clear and intuitive. The owners manual is well-written but we rarely have to consult it. I highly recommend this dryer.

I love the speed of the drying cycles and the fact that the door is reversible. The steam cycle is wonderful and well worth the expense. I would highly recommend this dryer.

I definately would recomend this dryer to anyone who is in the market for one. We used to do 6-9 loads in a week and now we do 4 loads because of the capacity of the drum. Our clothes even get drier faster than with our old one and doesn't take as long.

I have the washer and dryer set. Absolutely love them.This was my first electrolux purchases and I can't rave enough about how wonderful they are. We have a baby in the house and are always washing full loads. The cycles provide a gentle cycle for those more delicate items and a sanitize cycle for the really really dirty stuff. (poopy clothes, lets face it, it happens). I would definitely buy these again. I have had them for about 2 years. Totally wonderful!

In 2010 we have been flooded 12 times and being exhausted and still have so much work to do this purchase was by far the 1st and best, while replacing our appliances this Eletrolux washer and dryer with the pedestal drawer cought my eye not only for the color but the features. One of the main reasons was the largest Capacity Dryer with 8.0 cu. ft. capacity with a family of 5 Im always doing laundry. I utilize the Perfect Steam dryer my husband is in Law Enforcement and needs his uniforms looking its best also the sanitize cycle kills 99.9% common household and job related bacteria. The washer is the best I Love to use the 18 min cycle, this winter prooved it, having the kids come in and out of the snow 2 coats 2 snowpants gloves and mittens done within just about 30 min just enought time to have lunch and a cup of hot cocoa. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the "Add Steam" option!!! We chose the IQ-Touch Controls its wasy for all family members to use whether its my 5 or 6 year old or my 15 year old or my husband lol. My favorite is the Favorite button I just press and go. Its extremely quiet and just fits with my family its well lit, love the blue light up feature it lights up just enough light, kind of like a night light. The touch door options are wonderfull especially when you have a arm full of clothes and gently push with my arm and wha la......however we did change the door opening...... love that also. We have saved money on our electric bill and laundry soap with the HE we are using a fraction of the soap and less water however we have well water and dont have to pay high water bills. I think with this day in age having a great washer and dryer is very important and having a Platinum Star Warranty is even better. I love Electrolux products and will allways continue to purchase when we save enough money our next will be a gas cooktop and oven unit. Happy washing and folding, Sincerely, The Farringtons
