Broke after barely 2 years and would cost the price of new one to fix. Don't buy this if you expect your machines to last long

We really like our washer. Runs smoothly and really cleans the clothes fast. We love the fact that the doors reverse and the dial can be pushed in out of the way. It is also the only one of two possible washers that would fit in our laundry room depthwise. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars is that water tends to stay in the detergent cup area.

I bought this two months ago, so far so good. The only thing I don't like is detergent dispenser. It is hard to pull it out to wash: it get stuck most of the times. Also the door's touch button: have to push few times to open.

So far have been very pleased with the results. They are very quiet and are good to the clothes.

This washer holds an extra large load compared to my old washer! This saves me a lot of time.

I bought this appliance a couple months ago because of a recommendation of a friend. I have not had one issue. I love all of the features it has to offer. My favorite is the sanitize setting. It is perfect for bath towels and work clothes. I would recommend this product to anyone.

It is a wonderful washer. Being a front loader my wife and I think it washes our clothes better with less wear on our clothes, too.

Love it, especially the interior light. The touch latch gets a little annoying but overall its great.

Can't say enough about this washer. The features are awesome and every load is done on time and the cloths come out super clean. We also loved that the door could be turned so it opens front the left ...big decision breaker!!!! We would recommend this washer to everyone. Love it!

Bought this unit about 2 months ago. Love the controls, etc. My wife complains I'm doing her job by doing laundry while shes working.

It washes great and I like the fast wash option. It uses less water then my old machine which means lower water bills. I love the way the close smell.

This is my first Electrolux product and I am impressed!! I have been using a laundry mat for years and was never 100% sure my clothes were as clean as they could be . Since using my Electrolux, I know they were not. I use less detergent, less water and my clothes come out Clean!!!

I purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer after reading a lot of reviews and talking to sales staff at a variety of stores. I began to look seriously at this brand after talking to another customer in a big box store who was shopping for a washer and dryer to replace another brand she purchased just days before and found completely unsatisfactory. She mentioned that a friend advised getting Electrolux. Staff in a local appliance store told me that this was the brand they personally owned. I purchased pedestals for both machines which was an excellent decision. Loading clothes into the washer and transferring them to the dryer is very easy at pedestal height. The drawers are great for laundry supplies and socks in need of a match. A big plus is the light in the washer -- a feature that may be unique to Electrolux. The washer is very quiet, even during maximum spin cycles. These appliances are in the cellar, so I did not have any concerns about vibration. What I have observed is that the washer is not shaking or moving anything I have placed on top when in the spin cycle. I do wipe the door and gasket after every load and leave the door open when not in use and there is not any odor, as some reviews of front loaders note. The door does remain wide open (I can't just leave it ajar), which is not a problem since the washer is in the basement. There is some water that accumulates in the soap dispenser after use, but it's easy to dump out. I don't consider it an issue. There are a multitude of programmed cycles, but I can easily alter the selections such as changing wash temperature. I like and often use the prewash and extra rinse cycles. The controls are very easy to understand and use. The washing machine easily handled a full/queen comforter and routinely cleans very large loads of laundry -- at least twice as much as I would have put in my old center agitator washer. It is also far more gentle. Towels that had hems coming apart in my old washer have not lost a thread in the new washer. I did experience clothes coming out of the dryer looking somewhat wrinkled -- especially when I did larger or high spin loads. I realized that it's because the clothes come out of the washer with almost all the water spun out. I simply shake clothes before putting them in the dryer. (It's not necessary with towels.) It's a small extra step, but not an issue considering that I am doing half as many loads of laundry each week. My recent electric bill was substantially lower than the previous month, but some of that may be because I went to the laundromat while deciding what I wanted to buy. I'm very happy with the decision I made.

I bought a couple months ago and I love it! My favorite feature is the 18 minute wash and 18 minute dry features on the set!

i had a small drying problem at first but your serviceman corected the problem and the larger the load the better

I love my new front load washer. Clothes seem to actually come out cleaner than any other washer that I have owned. My daughter even volunteers to do the laundry now. The machine is so quiet I have checked it a few times to make sure it's running. I have even noticed my water bill has gone down as well as my electricity..

Quickly cleans thoroughly and quietly with no hassles. Directions provided are clear - easy to follow.

I bought this Electrolux front load washer and its friend a dryer and I've been happy with both. The choices are easy and it seems to clean just as I expect it to. The dryer overheats a bit easier than I'd like, but that also seems to be related to me not putting it on the right setting --- use Bulky Bedding when doing anything bulky! Both are great, I'd recommend them to others and buy them again.

I could not be happier. This is a great washer. My clothes look great.

Gets all the work dirt out, and is much more quiet!

I bought this machine and matching dryer approx a year ago and have been extremely happy with it. Just the right amount of cycles to choose from plus you can make adjustments for extra-soiled loads or add an extra rinse. Holds a king comforter easily and I like that you can select max-spin and it cuts the drying time. I also like the Fast Wash cycle that washes a full load in 22 minutes. Between the washer and dryer, with the normal cycles I can completely wash and dry full loads in one hour and twenty minutes. I've been extremely pleased with both the washer and dryer both in price and performance!

I purchase my washers and dryers in May 2015 and I am so happy. I love doing my laundry now and look forward to blanket and sleeping bag wash days!!!!!

I bought this for new laundry and have now had a chance to use it for several weeks. Very satisfied. The machine (and gas dryer) are both easy to use and solidly built.

I am having fun learning all the features of my new Electrolux washer. I have used most of the cycles and am pleased with the results. The interactive display is a huge help in choosing the correct cycle for every wash. This is my first front loading machine and was surprised to learn the door must be kept open to dry thr drum when not in use. Although this is not always convenient because of the location of the appliance, I have been able to work it out.

I never expected a washing machine to be as wonderful as this machine. It is superb at washing, simple o use, and quick. I wasn't expecting quick.
