We use some of the finest materials available and sophisticated assembly processes to assure manufacturing accuracy. Quality tests are continually conducted to provide (you) the consumer with the best appliance possible in the industry. Wall ovens with the hidden bake feature (like your model) take a little longer to preheat. Times ranging from 10 to 17 minutes are normal to preheat to 350° F. Preheating to 450°F could take 20 minutes. This is normal. If rapid preheating is preferred, please refer to the instructions for the Fast Preheat feature (page number 14 in your Owner’s Manual).
