Where to begin. I'd like to say that I hope the experience we've had with his product is a one-time anomaly and no one has to go through this, but I feel like anyone reading this should be warned just in case. We ordered two sets of these shutters (four shutters total) 3 weeks before we had our house repainted back in mid-May 2020. They were expectedly delayed due to the pandemic, and that is understandable. Both sets arrived around the end of August 2020 after seemingly endless back and forth with Home Depot and the manufacturer, each time being given new promised dates for arrival that were constantly missed. And you know what, I get it. There was a lot of craziness going on, and no one knew exactly when anything was getting anywhere. We got them in and needed to send them back. The manufacturer asks us to ship them back and that they will replace them, which we do (end of August). Cue another round waiting for the new set to finally arrive in mid October. During this wait, we install the one set that's in good shape onto our block exterior walls and notice that after a few weeks outside, the lateral boards have nail bulges that are beginning to show through the paint. The new set arrives and we're happy to see that they are in great shape and are excited to finally put this project behind us. We mounted the new shutters to the wall and step back to survey our work. To our horror we realize the new shutters are assembled differently than the original set. The crossbeam on the replacement set is in a completely different location than the original set (about 7" further apart) despite being the "exact same product". It looks ridiculous on the house to have shutters that look like they're mix-n-match because the manufacturer cant manage to nail two boards onto a pre-formed shutter in the same place reliably. If these shutters were $50 a pair, I could expect or tolerate some issues. But for 600 DOLLARS for 4 shutters, come on guys, you have to be better than this. Needless to say I wont be returning these. I'd rather modify them myself by adding extra trim bracing to hide the mistake than to wait 2 more months to get more shutters that look like they were assembled in the dark. Run from this one, your sanity will be all the better for it.

The shutters come in sooner than expected which was great. We painted the primed shutters and installation was quick and easy for my husband.

I specifically bought composite shutters to prevent any warping from the sun and heat. Within 5 days of installing them, all of the shutters warped significantly.

These are great shutters. They look very real and are easy to paint or custom fit. Unlike the cheap molded shutters, these are solid PVC that look like the real thing because they have the depth and form like real wood. They are well worth the money. Being solid PVC they have some weight for a given size. Make sure you mount them securely.

Excellent shutters. My only disappointment was that the hardware was not included. Other than that, absolutely love them!

After a delay of several weeks waiting for the out of stock item, the shutters were delivered without mounting hardware. I called and emailed Home Depot and learned that they are sold without the hardware, which was not mentioned in the on line product description. Now I'm waiting another several weeks to be notified when the hardware will be back in stock. I realize the pandemic has caused delivery delays, but don't order these shutters if you need to install them within the next few months.

The worse order I’ve ever make it took MONTHS!!!to get it no updates to the customer. Once ai called I told there were no records of suck order but my money was quickly taken in matter of seconds. I will never order anything there again.

They were flawed -- rough & unpainted spots.

These shutters were purchased to replace the existing ones. They arrived in excellent condition and now that they have been mounted they are stunning. They make the whole house look new and refreshed. I would definitely recommend them. I just wish they came in a greater variety of colors.

We bought these shutters to replace the badly damaged wooden ones. These shutters look great. Its comforting to know that they will outlast the originals for 2-3 times. They look great.

The wrong color was sent. Was supposed to get Primed (indicated on receipt as well), but received Unfinished (a medium gray). I did not return bc the date for getting the correct version was more than month later. So I had to paint with primer 2 coats before painting the color to match others.

Love the look of these shutters. Good quality. My only criticism would be the hardware that was included. It was flimsy and weak compared to the weight of the shutters. However, our contractor found another way to hang them with zero time wasted.

The shutters were much heavier than expected and still needed quite a bit sanding to look good even though they were already primed. The plastice brackets to hang the shutters were not very attractive, so we had to come up with another way to mount the shutters. They looked good when we were done.

Way, Way to heavy to hang on our new siding. No instructions on how to hang with only a couple of flimsy plastic angles that I have no idea what they were for. Surly not for hanging. It taken everything we had to load them back into our truck and take them back to home depot. Not what I was hoping for.

I love the overall look and color of these shutters. They are of sturdy and strong polywood. I would highly recommend these if you are looking for quality and affordability.
