Great product.

EZ-PZ. Product arrived on time, with all pieces securely wrapped so there was no damage. Instructions were clear with helpful installation tips. Anyone with basic skills should be able to install with no problems. Bought this for my exterior deck, but realized that the exact same amount of materials were needed for my interior balcony, so installed this set inside. Will reorder another set for the exterior.

Instructions not included though I found the video on the net. A few writtennstep by step instructions would help. Also a template for drilling the e posts would be good since the tolerances for inserting the glass are pretty close. The product is sturdy, attractive and well made.

We had to modify these a bit and there was an ordering problem but, once those issues were resolved with the vendor, and it took awhile, everything eventually worked out. The glass balusters are sturdy and creates a solid, safe railing.

We had to Special Order the glass for the stairs to our deck as they were not offered on HomeDepot.com. What a mess. Tell them the angle of your stairs (normally 35 degrees) and let them figure out the angle that the glass needs to be cut. They cut ours at a 55 degree angle - which is completely wrong. That being said, the glass ballasters (minus the stairs) look awesome and seem very well made. Everyone says how classy they look. I like being able to block most of the wind on the deck without obstructing the view.
