I haven't actually installed one of these filters yet (that comes later this month), but I tell it's a good product--quality relative to price--from its construction. Also, the size is hard to find at a reasonable price, so I was happy to find it available at Home Depot, and I ordered enough filters to cover the next six years or so.

Convenient delivery to my local store for this hard-to-find size of air filter.

Hard to find size of AC return filter. Despite several makers who describe their filters as compatible to a 23 1/2" x 23 1/2" opening, this is the first one I have found that actually fits properly.

Opened the box to put a new filter in the furnace. What should have fit the opening perfectly got sucked into the slot. Had to put a second one in. If they came in 18x20, I'd order them again, but now I have a box of 16x18 I can't use.

This is a well-constructed filter that gets the job done nicely if you don't have any special respiratory needs. The order arrived in good shape and the price was the best I could find available.

Just what the doctor ordered -- What I was most impressed with though was the online help I got when I was having difficulties and was unable to order it online -- I went into 'chat-help' and I wish I wrote down her name, but she was great -- she tried to help so I could order it myself, but when we couldn't make that work, she ended up helping me to order what I wanted - thanks --

Does what it should!

exactly what I needed for my unusual furnace intake size. Since I have a electronic cleaner further down stream, I did not want the additional flow restriction that most of the other available filters cause.

They appeared very well made and fit perfectly.

I wouldn't purchase again. Only thing this filter will catch is animal and human hair. Dust and other small particles move right through. Probably should have read the description more throroughly.

They do the job and a great price too. I will buy more again.

This product is offered in hard to find sizes. In my case 18x36. The order takes a little longer to ship but that is ok because it is custom made. My HVAC company recommended this type because of the high air flow. A higher MERV rating filters the air more but puts more strain on the system.
