crap
I can’t believe I’m even writing a review about dishwashing detergent… But this stuff is so bad I feel necessary to tell people. It wouldn’t matter if I used double the amount, this stuff just plain sux and would never clean the dishes.

Thank you for the feedback, however due to various hard water across the country, the product may not work well with your water hardness. I recommend adding Wavejet or other rinse aid to help with hard water.

It's a good product, but as I emailed customer support...
It's a good product, but as I emailed customer support to inform them my bottles are far from full. I've contacted the ECOS company and was told to contact Home Depot but no customer service was provided, actually no one even responded.

Maybe more for commercial washers?
I appreciate how they use safer chemicals, but it left a white coated film on my dishes and especially my silverware doesn't look great. I have a Kitchen Aid Dishwasher.

Doesn’t clean my dishes as well as other detergents, but my dishwasher and cups don’t smell of chemicals that other detergents sometimes leave. I will look for another healthy detergent to try before I would purchase this brand again.
