I'm sorry to say this, but I am disappointed with this product. This is a repeat purchase for me, as I purchased an identical unit 3 years ago and wanted a new one. The overall quality of this product is not the same as my first purchase. It is not as easy to navigate, the way you sit is different, a rear wheel makes a noise when moving, and the gauge of metal used seems different. I even had my daughter-in-law sit in it to ask her opinion, and she agreed with me. I've decided to keep my old unit and just buy parts to keep it going!

Poor design on the brakes. They don't pivot they wobble. Parts list is a joke, Doesn't show the brake assembly. Shows how much thought they put into the brakes. D#11 Sleeve p#STDS5D5509 needs a WAVE WASHER and a FENDER WASHER to stop the WOBBLE. 4 WASHERS

Easy to handle and great for getting Through tight spaces

Excellent. Rolls easily and lightweight. Brake works welll, but there is no lock for the wheels, operator must squeeze the brake to keep engaged.

Very lightweight, easy to push someone in as long as it is level ground and not pebbles or uneven ground. Works best on paved areas. Holds a large man 180 pounds with no problem. A transport chair is for paved areas and going and coming to appointments or at the mall. It is a good buy.

This product was very easy to assemble and the weight was easy for me to handle. It was also very adjustable for longer legs and I would certainly recommend it. It was delivered right to my door and that was extremely helpful!

lightweight, easy to handle

This product works as advertised. As these things go it is pretty light and works great for the person I am using it for. It may be too small for a larger person but for an average to petite sized person it is perfect. Pick up at my local store worked great. The staff helped me unbox it and inspect it to make sure all was fine before I left.
