Easy to use and assembly perfect for my duties, excellent.

Very solid tool for those little odd & misc. jobs that always seem to happen. The nice thing about the tool and the accessory kit is the vast amount of work that can be accomplished. I have used my Dremel for all kinds of hobbies, plumbing, electrical, and all other misc. jobs that require a rotary tool. Although my wife doesn't do her own nails anymore, it has even been used for that. In my opinion, this is a must have for anyone who does their own work around the house or job. Besides what comes with the product, there are tons of accessories that can be purchased separately. I would strongly recommend!

I literally wore out my previous Dremel, so here we are. Got another. If you are looking for your first rotary tool, this kit is perfect. Dremel is a subsidiary of Bosch and as far as I'm concerned, one of the top three power tool manufacturers around. Included with the rotary tool are an assortment of accessories to get you started and get comfortable with using the tool. Instructions are very good and simple.This tool comes with a generous 2 year warranty. It is not compatible with the Dremel PL400 planing attachment nor the MS400 multi saw attachment. It does come with the sanding/grinding guide. All inclusive hard case for storage. Perfect.

I bought this as a replacement set for my fiance, who lost all of his tools including his Dremel when our house was robbed. I read the reviews of several rotary tools, including some from different manufacturers before I settled on this one. The rotary tool itself is great, he's already used it sever times in the week or so that he's had it, but the storage case leaves alot to be desired. One side of the rear hinge is already cracked. But overall, a great tool, backed by a trusted name. He's already used his for smoothing jagged edges on a metal shelf, cutting broken galvanized screws, and helping our son with his pinewood derby car for Boy Scouts.

I bought this tool to make wooden feathers for a sign commemorating an annual camp-out which I attend every year. The tool is very easy to handle and performed exceptionally well. The online instructional videos helped a lot in choosing the right tip to use for the given application.

I used this to cut out a hole in my deck box to make a FUNCTIONAL cat litter box! It worked but I did break one of the attachments that was too delicate for the job. I used the file attachment to cut, really more like melt, the hole.

Like any hand tool, this product takes a few runs to get the hang of, however, once you get the hang of it, it's precision is matchless.

If you work with carving hand tools a tool of this quality is needed for fine tuning your finished product.

We own a log home with a wraparound porch that needed refinishing. The Dremel sander made the wood porch floor look like brand new! It is easy to use even for a total novice like me! With interior hardwood floors, wood walls, etc. this tool will get lots of use!

I bought this to add a second tool to put in a Dremel drill press. The item arrived complete, on time and in great condition. Dremel is one of the great tools I won't replace with a knock-off.

Missing adapters box

Out of the box the unit made some funky noises, power kept cutting on it, and then started smoking. Immediately returned.

Dremel makes a very good series of rotary tools. My last one gave me 15yrs. of service. Hard to beat the product!

only comes with one collet that DOES not fit any of the attachments… i now have to go back to home depot to find the end peice that allows the inserts to actually fit...

The tool was damage in less then 5 minutes, the first time it was used. The Hight adjustment came loose and it started to spin resulting in the damage of the treads. Can't use now all the accessories included.

Good product. High price. BUT, you usually get what you don't pay for.

Difficult to change attachments. The chuck is hard to open enough to insert shaft. I had to take the nut completely off to get the attachment shaft inserted. Takes several minutes to do a simple swap of items. Very cumbersome to use.
