Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you had installation issues with your Prism Lux shower enclosure. As we discussed with you on the phone, there is no adjustment for out of plumb walls with the enclosure that you chose and the installation of the Prism Lux is one of the most exacting in the DreamLine product line. Also, DreamLine Neo-Angle shower enclosures are designed to fit on DreamLine SlimLine Shower Bases. Unfortunately, our shower enclosures may not fit on another manufacturers shower base because of the proportions used for the stationary panel and entry way panel. DreamLine shower enclosures tend to have a larger walk through opening than the shower base that you chose, which is why the panels will not line up for you. For this reason, we alway suggest that the customer or contractor check the technical drawings before attempting to combine products from different manufacturers or custom building a shower base. DreamLine simply does not have a moving panel that will work with your enclosure and base. The technicians in our Customer Support Department discussed this with you several times. We went over the dimensions of your base to see if there was a way, but there simply is not a way to make it fit. DreamLine does not have representatives that go out to customers homes. We have found that requesting photos of the installation go a long way in allowing us to evaluate installation issues and offer possible solutions. DreamLine does not have a repackaging facility and therefore, is unable to provide packing material. We are sorry that your experience with our product has been less than favorable, but we are hopeful that you were able to make it work with the custom panel for the moving door.
