We certainly would have replaced any scratched components when you report them to us. We can assure you that when your tub door left our warehouse it was packaged on a wooden crate. Often times, the shipping carrier will remove the product from the crate and damage to the packaging can occur. In rare cases, hardware leaves our warehouse that has gotten past our quality control people and may show up to your door with imperfections, which we will gladly replace.
