I do my research before buying anything but when I already purchased this the other customer had 2 times damaged shower doors. I went to get mine and I think I got the other customer door , I was so not happy when the inflation is eating up my cash already , so finally the homedepot service ordering us another one if this one comes damaged I will not buy this junk item . Beware of the the box and used shower door from this company !!!! Money is not cheap today !!

Mine started to leak after installation, silicon was applied as per the instructions, etc... Contacted them, photos, explanations, back and forth, some rude comments from them, I am getting so tired of this now. If a company does not want to stand behind their products and at least answer questions about them, they should not do business anymore. I own this door now and it is installed, they do not provide the correct screws and they seem unable to answer as to why their screws are too short.

The door arrived within 48 hours. We had the plumber install it. They said installation was standard and easy. They had the proper tools and experience. I think that helped. They’re beautiful! No leakage, smooth on the track. We’re thrilled!

This was easy to install. My husband pretty much put the glass in himself, I just had to help hold up the top part. But I love it and got it for $200 less than normal was great too.

Loved mine. Don’t think twice look on YouTube for videos how to install better than look in the user manual. Don’t forget to buy the right bit to drill in ceramic usually two new bits is enough.

Fairly easy installation. The packaging unfortunately was missing a slider, contacted the company and they sent the missing part, received in 5 days! Well constructed and feels “heavy duty”.

First shower door I've installed. Decided on this set up because of out of plumb measurements and did not want any water getting by doors. This was easy to install though used 3 people to install upper track and doors. Doors operate very well, no leaks, and easy to clean.

Exactly what we were looking for in a small bathroom (5x9). Looks great, very happy with it.

Now that the door is installed, I really like it. I wasn't very fond of the way it installed, however. The door is more complicated than it really needs to be. In some instances, it seems like they have tried to reinvent the wheel when it's not really necessary to do so. I have installed numerous sliding shower doors over the years, and this one was by far the most complicated of any of them. The manufacturer really needs to re-look at how the uprights and top go together, and simplify it. All other sliding shower doors I have installed I have always installed by myself. This one is such a pain it took a friend and I to install it. The blocks at the top of the uprights, which is one of the parts of the "reinventing" that I really felt was totally unnecessary, only added to my frustrations by having to drill (4) extra holes though 3/8" thick tile. If you're a novice, you're not going to like installing this thing. The install is definitely not "dreamy". Other than the install issues, I do really like the door. It slides easy, and leveling it was easy. It is a nice final touch to a shower I took many months building. My wife and I both think the door looks great. If it weren't for the install issues, I would have rated it 5 stars.

The appearance and durability of the doors, side railings, top railing, and glides are impressive. The bottom railing slants back, trapping water where on the matte black finish water spots accumulate. Additionally, the center guide for the doors is mounted through a hole in the bottom railing; we we did not initially caulk around this guide and found water would accumulate, then slowly drip out and onto our floors where it sat puddled until we noticed. The corners where the side rails meet the bottom rail don't come together very thoughtfully either, just a metal U shaped side rail sliding over the L shaped bottom. There was a lot of obvious design thought that went into certain parts of these doors but unfortunately that level of attention to detail was not completely thorough. Not sure if something better exists on the DIY market.

It's a beautiful door at a good price. We have had some leaking issues. Still working on adjustments to try to stop the leaking; otherwise I would've given it 5 stars.

I bought this shower door back in sept and recently had it installed. It is so beautiful!

My second shower door; installed the same model in both bathrooms. Install was easy, the shower door looks great, functions well. I gave it 4 stars, because they drilled the holes for the glass guides too large, and I had to redrill a smaller hole just above the factory hole to fix it. I didnt have this issue with the first door I installed, that went perfectly.

At 650am April 22nd, I was asleep when I heard an awful explosion! IT WAS MY SHOWER DOOR! It could have killed me!
