It worked perfectly for my application. I have a small room in my basement and I did not want to rewire the junction box.

Perfect replacement for an exposed bulb pull chain fixture.

Nice fixture, easy to install, and the swirls in the glass give it a little more panache than other fixtures of this type. Good value. Just make sure your ceiling is in good shape around the box because the base doesn't cover a very large area.

Very inexpensive, lightweight and nothing special

Ok, this is not a glamorous fashionable light fixture it is your basic fixture for one bulb. It will handle up to a sixty (60) watt bulb. It has a brass colored plated base. The shade is heavy duty ribbed glass . The shade attaches to the base with three screws that screw into a circular notch on the base. It has a green ground wire, black supply wire white neutral wire. If the fixture box is installed already all you do is connect the wires. It's ok for use in a hall etc. I am using it inmy back hallway

This is a simple no frills single light fixture. It's light weight so that helped when installing it. The installation was fairly simple and straight forward and only took about 15 minutes for me (was in a nice open area with no obstacles). The instructions are simple and easy to understand. It's not going to wow you with style, but it looks good and is functional for what I needed.

We used this light in our new laundry closet. It provides plenty of light and looks nice. Great value for the price.

I chose this light since its part of the millbridge collection which I have already installed in the kitchen. I used this one to update an old similar fixture that was brass in order to update the look in the mudroom. Since the diameters were similar, install was quick and easy, just connecting the relevant wires and screwing the fixture in. The globe looks very nice with the alabaster swirls that give it a modern look. Nice and easy upgrade.

This is a very nice, yet budget-friendly light fixture. Its jot nearly as fancy as some options, but it is quite serviceable. I ordered this fixture to replace an old bare-bulb style in my garage, so anything would have been an improvement, bit this was very easily installed and actually looks quite nice. I am thinking of ordering a couple more to make the rest of the garage match

Used this to replace a bare bulb pull chain fixture in a closet. I added a 12" pull chain extender on it and it's perfect! Looks great and easy installation.

Looks ok, opalescent glass cuts down on brightness but it creates a soft mood too if that is what you want. Easy to install Turn off the circuit breaker to the light don't be stupid you do not always know where a line runs in my house the wiring is really screwed up after thirty years make sure the old light is off. It installs the same as any ceiling fixture and has all the materials need to install. Looks good holds one standard bulb LED but can use regular non-led. Instructions are good. The fixture just seems run of the mill to me but it is personal taste Well made.

Its a very nice fixture plain and simple. it lets lots of light through the globe. I couldn't find in the directions or on the box maximum light bulb wattage, since it's in the ceiling and enclosed I'm guessing no more than 60 watts. We had one similar the globe was dropped and couldn't match the size with any other brand, I'm glad we found this one now we'll know where to find another one if we need it.

This is a very nice, basic light fixture, suitable for utility use, but nice enough to hang in a room where it might be seen. I got two of these fixtures to replace my laundry room. One had gone bad, and I purchased a second fixture so both would match. Very easy to install. It took me only a matter of a few minutes to replace both fixtures. Looks nice

Just what we needed

I installed my Design House Light Ceiling in my master closet. It was very simple to install replacing a standard ceiling fixture. A small step latter is required to reach the ceiling. The light uses a 60-watt bulb (not included) that provides sufficient light for my needs. The quality of the light is very good considering the very low cost. The base is steel finished in white with a white opal glass globe.

We used these as hall and closet lights. They look nice, the shade is heavy glass and has nice variation. I would recommend these.
