Everything is ok but there is one thing that should be changed. Cleaning/Scraping tool is good for cold surface only. I cut out same Cleaning/Scraping tool for hot surface from old turner. Now i can remove any leftovers from hot cooking plate before cook other food.

This product has been great. So far it's been used as a Panini maker and grill for pancakes. Cooks nice and even. Clean up is easy with the removeable grill plates.

The griddler deluxe is an excellent product. It makes cook especially bread Fast fat and easy

I love the dual temperature controls. The seat buttons are a nice feature but I haven’t used it to cook with yet. The non-stick griddles work great and cleanup is easy I’ve done both handwashing and dishwasher. The only room for improvement would be for cord storage which I found not worth trying to use the built-in brackets as cord is a tad stiff. The grease trap is removed very easily and cleans up well. I love the air gap feature that is used for non-contact top melt or thicker paninis. Wattage is equal to or better than most competitors. You can’t go wrong and I highly recommend it.

We are very happy with how well it cooks different foods. We've had sandwiches, steaks, fish, sausage and all did well! Dishwasher safe grates are also a huge plus!

I bought this to replace an almost identical product from another well known brand that I always have trusted before. For some reason, though, that competing grill never worked for me - always the wrong temp, ruined food, impossible to clean. I wondered if the problem was me, but the Cuisinart grill proved it was not. This grill works exactly as expected and is simple (no chore at all!) to clean. My only issue is with the switch on the right - I find it loose and unreliable - often cannot get it to lock the grill for storage.

This purchase of the Cuisinart Griddler® Deluxe was for replacement for a Cuisinart Gridle that we had for years that went out after many years of use. It is amazing how much it has improved from the original model. The Cuisinart Griddler® Deluxe is so much larger, easy to operate, and oh so easy to clean. I am so happy with this model, and hate to say it, kind of happy my other one broke! I highly recommend this model!!

I love Cuisinart products and have several, so I expected exceptional excellence. Still, I researched all the features, all the kinds of variant cooking applications. This is true to its tradition, and is a great addition to my cooking. Buy one!

I had a George Forman grill for over 20 years and had to finally give it the boot, unfortunately. I bought this product based on the Cuisinart reputation and the positive reviews. I am glad I did. I love that the food does not slide like it did on the Foreman grill. For the price, I'm surprised the grill doesn't have a digital screen. I liked that on my very old Foreman grill. I love having the dual temperature controls, though. That way the meat doesn't overcook on the top. I am looking forward to using the other features besides just grilling.

We purchased this product so we could have an indoor grill for when thte temperatures outside are disagreeable; too hot, or too cold. The grill takes a few minutes to warm up but if you figure that time in with the cooking time it works great. We cook a lot of chicken breasts and turkey burgers and found they cook faster on this grill than on a regular grill or oven. The removable grates are easy to clean, and the top of the grill is adjustable to suit the thickness of the meat or sandwich. We also like the drip tray being attached to the grill. I do wish the cord was longer though. We haven't tried it on fish or panini sandwiches yet but we will! I would recomend this product. I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 if the grill had a longer electrical cord.

Best addition to our first home kitchen. Never have I had a better Italian panini sandwich since a restaurant years ago.

I upgraded to the Deluxe model because of its larger cooking area, floating cover and increased versatility. I can make two quesadillas from 10" wraps (folded in half) or 3 large Reubens from homemade rye bread at the same time. I don't have to do batches anymore for the two of us. I love the floating top section because it prevents "squishing" of food items. I've been making a lot of sourdough rye Turkish style flat breads in minutes with different kinds of toppings and am getting more creative all the time with this Griddler. I've even made black bean chipotle sliders from scratch with a silicone ring mold that makes seven at the time without having to flip any. This is a time saver for anyone who loves to get a quick meal or vegetable sides on too. As a vegan, I love cooking asparagus, eggplant, summer squash, zucchini, hashbrowns, onions and more with the grill marks. I start everything on High heat and then kick it back to medium high and most things are done within 5-7 minutes with very easy cleanup afterwards. If I think I'm going to end up with a cheesy mess (hubby likes more than is recommended, lol), then I use parchment paper and cleanup is minimal. The elongated drip tray is a really big improvement over the previous model too. I highly recommend the Deluxe Griddler to family and friends as it's one of my favorite appliances in the kitchen.

Makes the best burgers & panini sandwiches ever! Had many indoor grills over the years that had to be replaced but this one cooks better than any other! Very easy clean up and very little splashing!

The Griddler Deluxe is my new favorite kitchen appliance. It's easy to use and clean. I cook breakfast, lunch and dinner at least four times a week. My new favorite lunch meals are paninis!!

Works great-real happy that the griddle plates are removable for cleaning-cooks steaks nicely and quickly.

This is an awesome griddle/panini press. I love the Cuisinart brand and this does not disappoint. The size and ease of cleaning makes it a perfect addition to our kitchen.

This is a great addition to any kitchen. I love that the height of the press can be adjusted for making any sandwich especially ones with cheese.

Chrome knobs peeling, very cheap ,customer service is very ba and slow, tell me don’t warranty cosmetic

They last about 3-4 years. Then they crap out. Still love how it cooks sandwiches and burgers. I only use it about twice a week. Wish the planned obsolescence was longer.

This griddler is now my most used item in the kitchen! Where have you been all my life? I keep inventing new ways to use this, and the possibilities seem endless. So quick and easy, in both the prep and clean-up phase. Great construction, as well!

After researching many different brands, costs and reviews, I selected the Cuisinart Deluxe Griddler. I have only used it a few times but am very happy with the purchase. It's a large unit and is well built. I really like the dual heat controls, adjustable height and the searing features. Easy removal of reversible plates make cleanup easy.

The Griddler is probably the best piece of kitchen equipment I’ve ever had!!! Its ability for the top to open flat is fantastic. Twice the cooking space but can close back up to its original position and not take up so much room. I really love the searing feature. I use the Griddler several times a week. I wished I could found it long ago. I have always been big fan of Cuisinart products.

I've cooked steaks, pork tenderloin, hamburgers and pancakes on it so far. Awesome and easy cleanup. Love it!

Even though it is large, it is not too heavy and does not take up too much space on my counter.

I have been using Griddler Deluxe for almost a month. Some have complained that the plastic knob that controls how far down on item your grilling breaks and the spring knob that unlatches to fully open to use both top and bottom for a flat griddle breaks also. My reply is this griddle is pretty heavy and as long as you dont slam bang it open or closed these knobs work perfect. Some have said top grill doesn't get as hot according to temperature setting. I've found when open for girdling pancakes or cooking bacon, temp surface tempeture is pretty close, using my infrared temp gun. So I don't have anything to complain about. Everything I've cooked on this grill has come out cooked really nice. It's versatility has allowed me remove from storage cabinet, two items. George Forman, and waffle maker. I did buy the waffle inserts. I'm very happy with this Griddle.

The griddler I received did not operate properly from the moment I received it. After the temperature is set, a small red light can be seen until the grill reaches the set temperature. At that point, the light turns green. There is a light for the upper and lower grill. The light for the bottom grill never turned green. I'm not sure if the problem is with the light or maybe the bottom grill never reached the set temperature? I'm returning the grill and requesting a refund. The grill is also much larger and heavier than I expected. I ordered it because of its features, but am sadly disappointed. I'll keep looking for a similar grill that is made by another manufacturer.
