This product has style and features.
This product has been installed in a kitchen remodel project. Looks great and works great. Have not used it much yet but I do not expect any problems. It was installed by a professional plumber.

Great Product
Even with new kitchen appliances, there was still an incomplete feeling. The old faucet seemed out of place with the new appliances. We began researching a new faucet and selected the Delta Pilar Waterfall. I am not a plumber but didn't really need one. The installation instructions were right on and it took approximately one hour (about two hours to remove the old faucet). We never had any feeling for a kitchen faucet in the past, but we are truly in love with this new faucet. I think everyone should have this faucet in their kitchen.

Great modern upgrade to kitchen
Not too many touch control faucets out there. This product is solid in construction and easy to install. Great price at HD. Free shipping to home. Military discount available, but have to present receipt to local HD store for credit. Great deal overall. Peace of mind when making purchase through HD.

Problems
We have had this device about 4 yrs and lately we had the light coming on with out a touch and then leak with in the faucet.

Sporadic performance, battery life is very short.
We had this faucet installed a year ago when we updated our kitchen. It was a mistake. It goes through batteries every 2-3 months. The faucet shuts off on its own when in use. The touch feature is unreliable. The worst feature about it is that when the batteries are low it shuts off entirely until new batteries are installed. You cannot use it as completely manual like a normal faucet when the batteries are dead.

Free Hands
Baking for the holidays has become a "cleaner" activity now that I have my Delta Touch20 waterfall faucet. If my hands have dough from mixing & kneading, I can turn on the faucet just by touching it with a clean part of my arm, wrist, elbow; no more sticky faucet & messy cleanup.

Love it!
I absolutely love having the touch technology! This is is the second one we bought, (first one being in our old house and once we moved, we knew we had to have it again). The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it occasionally takes a couple touches to turn on/off. The first one we bought was the stainless steel one and that never had a problem. Maybe because of the black coating, that affects it at times, but overall it's never been enough of a problem that we regretted getting it.

Love it!
I have rheumatoid arthritis, and some days I need all the help I can get. This faucet is fantastic! Just a light touch is all it takes. I've had none of the issues some reviews listed regarding the faucet turning on & off at random. The AA batteries, although new, lasted less than a year so I have switched to C batteries for greater longevity. Now how about a touchless soap dispenser?

Great faucet--minor problem with indicator light
I love this faucet-works exactly as promised; however, after about 2 years, the blue indicator light doesn't come on--the flashing red light worked last month indicating it needed new batteries--I installed the batteries, now there is no blue light when on????? I wonder if there is something I should do--the installation sheet which came with the faucet (installed by a plumber) doesn't seem to help.

Touch 20 does not fully shut off water
A beautiful faucet that ties the room together but fails to work consistently. I've only had it for a week and three times the touch feature has failed to fully turn off the water (and then somehow fixes itself later on). Shut off leaves a rapid drip. Manual shut off is fine. I bought it for the touch feature, however.

Love the Touch H2O feature
Installation was difficult-we ended up hiring a plumber to install the faucet. But it was worth it. The Touch feature is great, and the water temperature light-colored indicator on the handle is also pretty awesome. Please note the single handle side sprayer is PLASTIC. It looks good, but is NOT up to snuff with the quality of the faucet and handle.

Worth the Money, I hope
Beautiful faucet, relatively expensive, but hopefully you get what you pay for. Only had installed one week now, but the touch feature is quite handy when you have messy hands. Unless you are good at plumbing, have a pro install it.

Love This Faucet
We were upgrading the appliances in our kitchen and noticed that the old faucet didn't match well with the new appliances. My wife and I researched faucets and settled on the Delta touch model. I am not a plumber but had no problems installing the product. Prior to this purchase we had no idea as to how handy the touch feature would be. We are now in love with our faucet. I think everyone should have a Delta touch faucet.

Delta Great Line of Faucets
After install you will notice how hard it is to use the single handle control. Really sticky not smooth operation.You will have to dismantle handle assembly and apply faucet grease. Lucky I'm a plumber.

Love the faucet
We love everything about this faucet. The simplistic modern design, the high arc, and most of all the touch technology. We also ordered the soap dispenser, which was a plus. Installation was relatively simple and the product works great. It is definitely a convenience that we enjoy.

Fun to use
I am disappointed in the quality of this faucet. The sprayer is made of plastic. When one pays this much, Shouldn't all the pieces be made of chrome?
The touch faucet takes a little getting used to. I keep forgetting to leave the handle in the on position. The blue light to let you know the touch feature is on, is helpful and rather attractive. probably would not have bought this model if I had known about the plastic sprayer. Since I paid for it to be installed, I don't want to incur that cost again by getting another faucet. If you need touch faucet , this ones okay

The aerator is very poorly designed.
The aerator is very poorly designed and and sprays water all over when put your hand or something under the faucet.

Nice, expensive but Nice
My wife picked this one and its a winner. I wasnt cheap but was easy to install and has work flawlessly so far. I have been out of town and cant figure out whats wrong none of my hotel faucets turn on when I touch them. :)
