The batteries go into a battery pack below the sink and depending on where the installer puts the box it is either mounted up on the cabinet wall or on the cabinet floor. The battery box can be used with either 6AA batteries or 6C batteries. A:  Delta answered me here. However when I contacted their customer service the person on the phone said a stream should be present on the faucet when using the Side Sprayer. Not exactly a great faucet and conflicting service information from online to phone.

A:  Hi London, Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 4380T-AR-DST does have a side spray that should have the water flow completely diverted to it when the sprayer is used. If you still have water coming out of your spout, then we recommend contacting our Home Owner/Warranty line at 800-345-3358 for a diverter replacement. Thanks. Jody

A:  Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 4380T-AR-DST does include our Diamond Seal Technology valve. As long as there is a DST on the end of the model number, the Diamond Seal Technology valve will be in the box. Thanks. Jody

A:  Yes you can change the aerator but I would not suggest using this Touch faucet on portable dishwasher just in case somebody in the house bumps the faucet and it goes off while your dishwasher is running.

A:  Hi BThomas2068, Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 4380T-AR-DST is not recommended to be used with a portable dishwasher. The solenoid cannot handle the pressure of a portable dishwasher. Thanks. Jody

A:  Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 4380T-RB-DST can either be turned on and off manually by using the handle or electronically by touching the faucet on the spout or the handle. The handle has to be in the on position for the solenoid to send an electrical charge to turn on the faucet when touched by you.

A:  It has a battery pack powered system with batteries included. I believe it was either 6 or 8 AA ones, looked as if perhaps it converts to 9volt but not certain. My husband was a little intimidated when he opened the box but had no problems, instructions were clear and easy to follow.

A:  If you are talking about the Military Service Discount then YES, you can get it. You need to ensure the product you want is not carried by the stores and has an internet #. Then open a chat window with HD representatives and give them your Service "Pin" number (which is my cell number) and they will discount the 10% on the day of shipping. The only issue is they will remain on the line with you here in the chat window while you check out and then you have to give them the transaction number for the purchase and they will tag it for the 10%. The process is sort of cumbersome but worked well for me. Hope this answers your questions.
