Plating on assembly is simply not durable for the price paid for a high end product

Had this item shipped to the store and picked it up there. Bought this item in the brushed nickel version to replace an existing fixture that was leaking. Existing fixture was 15 years old that came with the house I purchased. The fixture is very nice and easy to operate. It gives you plenty of space between the water stream and the sink, so you don't hit your fingers on the sink when washing your hands. Installation was straight forward. I have it now installed for four weeks and no water leaks. Definitely met my expectations.

We purchased three of these for our remodeling job.

This is a pretty shape and I know Delta is a good product, but I ordered the champagne bronze and the finish on the product that arrived was much lighter than I had hoped. So if you are looking for a deeper gold/bronze color you may have to keep looking. I may have to go with a different option.

I self-installed and have owned this product/model for more than a decade. Delta is and will remain my exclusive supplier of choice. They stand behind their products, shipping the original owner the 'consumable' (wear and tear) parts -- e.g., seats, springs, stem units -- gratis. When it comes to faucets and sprayers, whether upgrading the look of your sinks, basins, tubs, and showers or installing new, Delta is my go-to brand.

I have mixed feelings about this faucet. Looks Great and functions well with feather touch valves The finish is not spot resistant but it is a easy wipe / clean finish. My compliant is with the pre-attached supply lines. They are PEX which are very hard and rigid. Because they are pre-attached they make the installation process much more tedious then it should be. I have old 1/2 in. Iron Pipe valves. At the end of each PEX line are 3/8 in. compression fittings. I didn't want to remove my old valves and exchange them for vales which accept 3/8 in. compression fittings. There are no adapter supplied. You can shorten the length to a shorter 3/8 in. compression fitting but that's it. I had to purchase 2 x Sharkbite (3/8in. comp to 1/2in. female pipe thread) adapters at an additional expense. If the wave of the future is PEX then adapters should be included.

Although pricy, this brand and style is the perfect match with our other decor. Very easy to have installed and the quality is very good. We are very pleased with the purchase.

I bought 3 of these faucets for the master and guest bathrooms. Looks beautiful and product documentation are precise. Very pleased with the quality of faucets.

The metal feels and looks cheap. The attached service lines are made of plastic. At least the drain assembly that's included is made of metal. Not satisfied. Not worth over $200. I'm returning it.

I love the look of the faucet and how it works but…when we bought the house a few need to be replaced so I tried to find the finish that is throughout the home and it doesn’t look like you have it anymore. It looks like stainless steel but a matte finish. Sad face. The stainless steel is fine I guess but shows a lot of finger prints and doesn’t match towel bars etc. I’ve always bought Delta in all my homes.

When installing in older homes, pex lines can be a problem installing when adapting to older plumbing ( adapters, washers, etc.). I had a plumber install the faucet since the pex lines where way too long but Delta says if you cut the line you void the warranty. If you coil the lines too tightly they will link. Conclusion, don’t cut the lines. Also the faucet is “noisy “ when the water runs slowly through the faucet. Otherwise, the sound is normal. The faucet finish itself is beautiful and enhances the bathroom decor.

Faucet was bought as a replacement for same faucet bought about 13 years ago. Started leaking at hot water handle and couldn't be repaired. I was lucky they still sold it as I have the whole bathroom collection.

Matches 12 year old fixtures and works great.

My previous model of this faucet was 12 years old. Past warranty when it started to leak. Delivery from Home Depot was easy and quick. Reason for 4 star rather than 5 is hot water run is very loud. But then...hot water was where it was leaking so maybe it's something with that. But otherwise a very good experience with Home Depot and the Delta faucet.
