This was perfect as a replacement for a 14 year...
This was perfect as a replacement for a 14 year old shower head. It is now sold as stainless rather than brushed nickel.

A very nice shower head - excellent spray pattern
Our shower had the original shower head that came with the house. This unit made our shower so much nicer. My wife is very picky and she loves this new unit.

the process to order online was easy as it should...
the process to order online was easy as it should be for a company this size and the and delivery was awesome in how fast it came. Installed the shower head immediately to replace the previous one that was leaking from the joint that moderates the water pressure/flow. So far it is working fine even though it has been only a few weeks.

Was great until it started leaking
I've run into the same issues as the other users. Water pours out of the shower head around the adjustment ring. What fix is available considering this looks to be a well known issue?
