Very poor quality metal and flimsy design

The rack itself is nice. However, the drywall anchors that come with it are HORRIBLE. They don’t drill into the wall well at all and don’t break once in the drywall. It was a huge paint trying to get them to work so I bought separate drywall anchors and it worked so much better.

Does not fit on existing bracket. Am returning

My new Delta Silveton towel ring looks great in my new master bathroom renovation. Along with the matching towel bar I would recommend to anyone.

The towel ring itself is gorgeous and very sturdy. I read the instructions prior to installing, and I would highly recommend not following directions. It said all you needed was a Phillips Screwdriver, and a power drill + drywall bit was definitely needed. The anchors included were not reliable at all - once I had the anchors set in the wall, I could not get the screw + bracket to screw in. I ended up buying different drywall anchors + screws and was then able to install the ring.
