I just purchased this faucet for a sink in a small bathroom renovation. I bought the Chrome and it looks very clean and moden with the rectangular wall hung sink I bought. If you're looking for a clean, minimalist look for your bathroom fixtures I'd definitely recommend this Delta faucet.

I bought 2 for my double sinks and they look beautiful and work perfectly.

I just installed the Modern in our guest bathroom and I'm not that impressed with it. Two things are picking at me. The water supply lines that came with the faucet were 6 inches too short. I had to purchase two extra hoses to extend them so they would reach the valves. The second thing is the water flow, or lack of it. I understand that flow restrictors are now required but even at full flow, there is barely enough flow. I'm happy with how it looks but that's about it.

We get a lot of compliments from our company when they use it. The finish is matte black, it's easy to keep it looking clean as it does not show fingerprints or smudges. It feels very smooth, it's easy to use and find the perfect water temperature. It feels solid and heavy, very well made. My husband installed it, he said he had no problems with it. Beautiful faucet!

It was installed by a plumber as we were in the midst of a bathroom renovation so not sure how easy it is to install by yourself, but it doesn't look like it should be too difficult.

The chrome is really bad. The chrome is washing away already and also doesn't clean up good.

We are handy so we were able to install ourselves and the installation was simple and quick. The faucet seems to be very great quality. I am so pleased with the way this looks in my bathroom I want to redo my second bathroom to get the same faucet.

Terrible product. Do not buy this item! Every drop of water shows. My faucet has 2 permanent discolorations that I cannot remove.

I installed this faucet on my shop bathroom sink and I love it. The dark finish looks great and helps hide the fact that I don't always wipe it off when I am done. The build quality is great and I can count on Delta for the warranty if ever needed.

The single handle design is much more convenient than two handles. Everything is included that is needed to install it, including the drain. It is very easy to install without the need of a plumber. The water pressure is about what it was in our last faucet so it's not too bad. Sometimes I feel the pressure is too much and they splash all over, there are no issues with this one doing that. I am so pleased with this faucet. It is honestly one of the best I have had.
