These are the worst! I have never worked with...
These are the worst! I have never worked with something as difficult as these were. Destroyed my wall (both following the directions and not). If I still had the boxes, I would return them.

towel hook fell out of insert--twice
We have now purchased 3 of these towel hangers. Two of them have had the hook piece come flying out of the insert and mark our white tile floors. I am asking for help from the manufacturer. They look great, but I can't recommend based on this experience.
