This product was ok, but the installation and operating instructions left something to be desired. First issue was that the escutcheon plate that goes onto the sink was not flat on the bottom. I had to bend it to get it to fit flat onto the sink, even after installation. I had to go through the install, uninstall process twice to get the plate to lie flat against the rubber gasket so that it would seal against the sink. REALLY annoying. Another issue is that the installation instructions say to insert the drain pop-up rod at the very end of the installation. That's not a good choice. When I did that, I found that the various tubes and wires blocked the rod from getting through to the underside of the sink - the fact that the rod was installed at an angle didn't help, either. I had to remove the faucet from the sink (for the second time) and then run the rod down. After that I reinstalled the faucet onto the sink. The pop-up rod worked fine after that. Most annoying, but not fatal. The last issue I had was trying to figure out how the on-off feature worked. The instructions failed to mention that for the on/off feature to work, you have to leave the faucet in an "on" position. Not really hard to figure out, but it would have been simple to add a sentence somewhere to explain that. One thing I liked was the ability to very easily bypass the solenoid that electronically turns the water on and off. This is really handy in case the solenoid breaks - you can still use the faucet, just without the auto on/off feature. I had another similar system from a different manufacturer that couldn't do that I was left having to use the inlet line shutoff valves to stop the water running in the kitchen until a replacement part came in. Won't use that product again. I installed this about two (2) weeks ago and so far all is well. In the photo, the blue item is the solenoid. The tube at the top goes to the faucet outlet. The tube at the bottom of the solenoid brings the mixed temperature water to the solenoid. I the solenoid breaks, the bottom tube can be connected directly to the top tube so you can use the faucet, albeit without the automatic on/off feature.

Beautiful design. My husband had no problem installing. Worked flawlessly for about 10 days and now started dripping from the spout so I'm not able to use the auto feature. Still under warranty so calling HD tomorrow. If the problem is fixed and this last for years I'd be happy to adjust to 4 or 5 stars. For the money this faucet should last for many years.

We bought 4 of these Lahara faucets for our master bathroom and kids' bathroom sinks. Three of the four faucets have problems. Corrosion is impacting 2 of them. The one in my daughter's sink is literally peeling away at the head. And 2 of them have problems with pressure and touch-functions. Problems started as early as first year of installation and has gotten progressively worse. HELP!!!! This is our first time using Delta, we've always used Moen in the past.

Replaced the vanity top with granite, and the wife wanted the touch featured faucet so I installed the Delta Lahara Touch2O bathroom faucet. Installation was a breeze, the new connections make installation a snap Literally! Hopefully this will not lead to leaks later on. I was a little surprised to see the ALL plastic drain assembly and stopper which comes with it, for the money I expected brass, but the plastic should hold up to my slightly acidic water better. Faucet performs as advertised and overall we are happy and would definitely use this product again and would recommend this to a friend.

I bought this month ago and really its a good product for bathroom

Not even a year old and the faucet turns on by itself and won’t turn off. Pretty sad the quality of this thing.

My contractor took the faucet out of the box and couldn’t use it because there was a hole in the line. Very disappointing since today was supposed to be the last day of the reno and now we have to find a new faucet.

Very nice faucet. With the online videos it was pretty straight forward to install. The motion control is very annoying and there is a tutorial on how to turn it off. Which would have been nice to have been included in the instructions

Just installed this faucet; for now we love it. Buy an adapter for electrical power & then you don’t need batteries! We redid our bathroom, & the contractor added an electrical outlet & made a hole in vanity to plug in the adapter. Pay attention; our adapter goes “sideways” & so hole is dependent on that!

The contractor hasn’t installed it yet but the product is beautiful.

The faucet has worked out well. The only complaint I have is that the instructions for actually using it were hard to find. At first I thought it wasn’t working properly. Once I figured it out it is easy to use. Weird that the directions for use were so lacking. I’m going to get a similar one for my kitchen sink.

I highly recommend this item if you live in an area where water is expensive. It works well with just a tap to the edge of the faucet to turn on an off. It keeps clean as I am not having to touch the tap with my soapy hands to turn it off and on while washing my hands

Works great you can just set it up the way you wanted either touch control our sense control or both! Need to make sure it's installed according to the instructions.

Stopped working a week later! Water started coming out around the handle!

Do not buy! I returned one faucet (I bought 3) because of the sensor not working and the cartridge leaking after a week on installation! I’m about to remove number 2 because the cartridge is leaking as well!

I really enjoy my Delta touch faucet. It's really handy and saves water. When we travel and stay in hotels, I touch the faucet there out of habit and am always surprised when it doesn't turn off. I highly recommend Delta touch faucets. And they have a lifetime guarantee, so you don't have to worry about repairs when something happens. (very rare)

had a touch faucet in the kitchen and love it. bought a touch for the bathroom a didn't;t realize until I installed it that it also had the proximity mode. Only downside is my cat loves to play with it.

Everything works perfectly

Only had couple of weeks but love the no touch feature. Shuts off in 5 seconds. Tap and it stays on until you tap again. Great faucet. High enough to easily wash hair in sink.

We love it! Wave your hand and water runs 5 seconds. Touch it and water runs until you touch again to stop. Light turns red when water is hot. Easy to follow instructions.

Nice faucet, works well and looks modern. They’re a few draw backs though. The faucet is too sensitive, if you get within an inch or two of the body(not the bottom sensor) it’ll turn on without wanting to. When using the touchless feature, the faucet will turn off(wish it stayed on until you remove your hands from bottom sensor.)after a seconds even though Ur hands are still under the faucet while still using it where as the touch feature the water will stay on for a minute then turn off unless you retouch to turn off. The body looks kind of cheap and thin, the stem is made up of two pieces. It would have been nice if it were made up of one piece. Aside those issues it’s still a pretty good faucet.

Nice look and design. Water temperature sensor feature is convenient to know when water has reached lukewarm temperature. Only concern is the sensitivity of the Touch2O.xt technology in which it seems a little too sensitive. Faucet will sometimes turn on when I’m reaching over it.

Purchased this faucet last month, the touch feature works fine. Its the no touch feature that goes on randomly multiple times a day with no one in the bathroom. Contacted Delta and sent the required pictures of the installation. They noticed that the battery wire crossed over the sens wire. I corrected the routing of the wires but the problem still exists. I am still waiting for Delta to get back to me after a week of no response.

The faucet itself is very nice but the installation was a bit rough.

Great instructional booklet pictures on the install......straight forward, this is my 2nd Delta touch faucet with my kitchen coming up on 7 next month .....changed the batteries 2x
