Very easy installation. I am a do it yourself type person and the instructions for installing this faucet set are super easy to follow. My only problem is with the aerator (water diffuser)..... doesn't diffuse as I think it should, water stream seems a little harsh. Multiple cleanings with no better results. Overall an excellent product and I would recommend it to others.

I am so happy with the smooth operation and great finish of this faucet. This faucet doesn't show water marks like chrome and is guaranteed for life to the homeowner.

I installed 2 in the master bathroom , It was very easy and they look great. I have ordered a third one for the guest bathroom. I would recommend that you use silicon sealant on all mounting parts for a trouble free installation.

Nice looking faucet at a reasonable price.

We purchased this faucet to complete a bath project. The first faucet leaked from inside the middle of the faucet. It didn't appear to be coming from any of the connections. Returned it for another one. This one installed without any hang ups. Now we only get warm water form the hot side. I read the trouble shooting guide but we had company show up for a weeks stay and decided to live with it for now.

I've always had good experience with Delta Faucets. However, this inexpensive Delta faucet had a major leak inside the faucet. I was shocked that such poor quality would come from Delta...I guess you get what you pay for...

Good bathroom faucet, priced just right easy installation. Highly recommended

This is a very simple unit to operate and to install. My plumber will only install Delta products. I have a lot of arthritis damage in my hands and this unit is easy for me to use. It made a very nice cosmetic appearance to the bathroom. I actually was so happy with this unit I purchased three more so all my bathroom sinks have the same faucet. The price was very reasonable.

Very good faucet. Have tried other brands, always come back to Delta.

Tools: Plan on needing a basin wrench. Seals: Must seal faucet to lavatory deck. At drain pipe / basin escutcheon, use grease on threads. Otherwise, You'll never get them disconnected again (e.g., drain leak requires reseal). Lift Rod: This needs to be inserted into unit BEFORE the faucet is set on deck & bolted down. Guts: Appreciate this NOT using a ceramic cartridge (costly & hard to find in 15-yrs). Pop-Up Drain: Lower quality comparatively. Water Supply Lines: Noted as needed by separate purchase.

This is a decent faucet, nothing fancy. The sound of water flowing through it is relatively loud, and makes it sound cheap. A solid brass faucet would not have this loud, high pitched flowing sound, but this also costs a bit less than a solid brass faucet, so you get what you pay for. The knob turns smoothly. This finish seems to show water and soap spots easily (I do not have hard or soft water), but when you wipe it down, it cleans up all right. Installation was no problem.

I've had good luck with Delta faucets in the past- in fact, all of my faucets are now Delta. The faucet itself is of high quality, and if it's anything like the others, it will be very durable as well. The reason that I only gave it 4 stars is because of the drain. There was a lot of movement between the drain insert and the sink itself. So much, that I couldn't get it to stop leaking, and ended up reusing the 10 year old drain insert.

Received my order promptly for this faucet. Had the faucet installed by a professional. Looks great and really like its operation.

I bought the same faucets three years ago and when I learned I was moving, I made the easy decision to use them again.

There was a white, powdery substance on the type of the aerator which kept the water from coming out the spout after installation. Luckily, an email to support help rendered a quick response for a solution. I just which they had included the two possible solutions in the same email with the removal of the aerator first, being the easier, and then the instructions to clear the two valves. Its a minor quible on the whole.

Delta faucets are without a doubt the best faucet money can buy. Delta also guarantees the performance and quality of the units and it.s eye appeal is second to none so- there you have it- One of the best faucets for a reasonable price and a backed buy a great company

Was pleased that a basic faucet would look so nice when installed. These are Delta, but the Delta name does not appear on the faucet (that I can see, anyway) or on drain pop-up, which surprises me a bit. But the faucet has clean lines, and works well. For the price, I am very happy with the purchase of 4 of these faucets for my vanities.

I was remodeling my bathroom vanity and this faucet was perfect! It turns off and on smoothly and doesn't leak. Great buy!

Excellent faucet in all respects plus Delta Faucets are in my opinion the best made and are easy to service.
