Poor product
Shower doors look good. However, doors are loose and not well anchored/stabilized. When sliding doors, knobs on opposite ends of rails hit each other and glass hits against side frames at ends.
Top rail very easy to shift off anchored position when sliding doors .
Very concerned that glass will break soon.

Average product
I was disappointed that enough shower door handles were not included in the kit and this was not found out until the instructions say they must be ordered separately. Still have not had time to order them.

Shower door
Delta could not supply a brushed nickel frame that matche
the door hardware--nothing they could do so Home depot
gave us a discount and I refinished the frame rather than
return this very heavy and bulky item

Bad finish on track.
The track finish didn't match the brushed nichel door handles. I contacted the factory and sent pics, they sent a new track at no charge but still no match. Ultimately, I ordered a different brand and returned the door to the store for a full refund. A big hassle to install two different doors on one shower.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your shower door. Our Brushed Nickel tracks should be the same color as our handles, they are made at the same location. I know that you have already returned the door, but I did want to reach out to you and apologize for the mishap.
