The box came to me with no instructions and the washers were missing. I had to pack up and go to the store, where the manager was great and helped me get pieces from other Delta packaging. This was a huge inconvenience, as a store was not close. Also, similar to one of the other reviews we had to get the extension for it to fit on my sink, which was another trip out. After all said done, the product works well and looks nice, but not sure it was worth all the trouble.

Plumber had no problems with installation. Nice looking. Good water flow.

Great job Delta. Sell a faucet set designed for counter top installation, but don't leave enough thread to actually install on the 1-1/8" think marble counter top, so we need to buy an additionally accessory. I mean, $150.00 isn't enough, you need that extra 25 for the long deck installation kit, not sold at Home Depot. FYI, the needed part number from delta is RP10612.
