Installed this fan In may and the thing already quit. This fan didn’t even last a year… I’ve been trying to get ahold of the manufacturer for a warranty for the past 3 weeks and all I get is a voicemail and no call back.

I have given 5 stars although I haven't actually installed this fan as yet. I am going to be using it in a basement bathroom that is currently under construction. The 5 stars are based on the description of the fan and I have opened the box and looked at it.

Very low noise even when it ramps up when humidity sensor is going. Steam from shower is gone as soon as the water is off. Very efficient, highly recommended.

It has been a few weeks and it has been doing an awesome job.

My first unit was defective out of the box, which wasn’t evident until taking the time to install it. The second worked well for about eight months until the humidity season stopped working. That is covered under warranty, but all that means is they send you a new sensor. Love the fan, but the quality is lacking.

Easy install. Would definitely buy again

I bought this to get the replacement internals for our 3 year old fan with dehumidifier. I was unable to get the fan working yet all the power connections appeared correct. I bought the new one and put the fan housing and dehumidifier in place of the existing device and used my old cover.

Not the easiest retrofit

This is our second Delta Breez. We really like the simple fan only with the humidity sensor. They really work well. This one was a bit to sensitive and stayed on for an hour. Have adjusting the settings, easily done, and it now stays on for less than 10 minutes after a shower. I was able to pull out the 20 year old fan and install the new one without access from above and no drywall repair. The variable speed motor makes it very quiet, especially as it slows down in response to the lower humidity levels.

Quiet and does the job. We really like the added light.

The fan works well but the one I replaced was quieter. It eventually did get louder hopefully this one will not be as loud. Does help with the moisture. Mirror are not fogged when I get out of the shower. Overall am pleased with fan.

The fan is not silent but is pretty quiet. It moves a good amount of air. The light is bright, not too warm and not too blue. It looks natural and is good for using with the bathroom mirror.

This fan solved all my bathroom problems. It's quiet (problem one with old fan), The ventilation removed all humidity created from shower use which flowed through the weep holes of the window and made unsightly mildew stains on the exterior wall. Problem two solved. The only con is the house wiring was wired with 14/2 wires for use with a basic low rated fan. My unit is model GBR80H which requires wiring from a power source for the power switch and a separate source for the mode switch. Replacing the bathroom wiring from 14/2 to 14/3 was out of the question, results, no mode switch function. However, this fan is still great.

The product was easy to install however there for new construction which hasn’t been completed.

Amazingly quiet, very welcome quiet as a replacement for a builder-grade exhaust fan! Excellent quality for the price. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Will I buy this fan, or its appropriate capacity for our 1/2 bath or master bath, when we need to replace other exhaust fans? You bet! I highly recommend this product!

Excellent exhaust fan. Designed to mount to a stud, or with hanger bars, as in the ceiling; comes with 4 hanger bars. Very quiet fan, can hardly hear it, compared to our old unit this replaced. The black piece on top, where the exhaust pipe connects to, detaches to make installation easier. Really good instructions. Three year warranty.

Goes in easy. Works well but louder then I expected

bought this item for house warming gift

Overall happy with it but have two issues. 1) The exhaust flap is plastic and looks like it could break easily and 2) when you turn it on it takes time to ramp up to full speed. I send them an enail asking about it and to date its been crickets……
