I do not like this stainless finish. It looks awful all the time. I have a whole house water filter and water softener. Where is your brushed nickel finish? Wish I had a choice.

I have these throughout my brand new home along with other Brilliance Stainless Steel finishes. I've cleaned them with the 50% vinegar which does nothing and then a stainless steel cleaner which also didn't get the spots off. I have a whole home water filter AND water softener. Extremely dissatisfied with this finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two years ago I updated my guest bathroom, and the faucet that came with the clear glass sink not only gave it a modern look and feel (which is wasn’t exactly into), but it started leaking about a year into use. I’ve had my eye out for something that would hold up better to the frequent use in that bathroom, but compliment the clear glass at the same time. This faucet does the trick! It’s nice and heavy, the finish is beautiful, it doesn’t smudge or get fingerprints all over it, and it’s very easy to clean! I have no doubt it will stand the test of time for our household! The photos don’t do the finish justice! It’s gorgeous! And I think it would work very well with multiple design styles.

This faucet is able to mount in a single hole for a vessel sink application, but also includes an optional, decorative mounting plate with matching finish, for use in a traditional sink or countertop that’s pre-drilled to accept a 4-inch centerset faucet. For my application, I went the traditional route and installed the mounting plate. While installation was easy and fairly straight-forward, the thickness of the foam gasket affixed to the underside of the mounting plate had to be trimmed so that the plate sat flush against the top of the sink. Since there’s only one center nut to tighten down the faucet, prior to trimming the gasket, the plate was compressed in the center but the ends were raised slightly. Included with the faucet is a plumber’s tool for tightening down the nut that holds the faucet to the underside of the countertop, which can be a real challenge without the proper tool. In addition to the included tool, you will also need an adjustable wrench or channel lock pliers and a tube of silicon sealant. The included instructions are detailed and helpful. The faucet is metal, and the stainless steel finish is very nicely done. The water feed lines and fittings are nylon plastic which are more flexible than metal lines and therefore easier to install. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the look and performance of this faucet.

Finally had this faucet installed into a new countertop over our existing vanity in a remodel of our main floor bathroom. The faucet comes with either the square bottom seen in the photo or an optional rectangle cover (to hide the 2 handled holes if you had a hot and cold faucet fixture instead). We opted for the square cover over the rectangle. The faucet has adequate water pressure and the lever works well for both sides of the hot/cold and center for tepid settings. The only problem we have had is that the pull knob to close the drain is very close to the tile of the wall, (the countertop hole had to be a certain distance from the wall and the sink installation). When we pull up the handle it just touches the tile in it's full up position. Maybe in subsequent redesigning of this faucet (which we love) the pull up knob could be placed higher on the faucet to make it easier for a hand to pull it up (if its close to a wall). The brushed nickel finish is even on all sides and no spots seen with water drops. Easy to keep clean. The spout is long enough so that when a person washes their hands, your hands are not hitting the back wall of the sink. Thanks for a great product. We have used Delta faucets for years in our kitchen and previous basement bathroom. We decided again to use Delta in both remodels.

Replacement for a 25 year old faucet, water os very hard.

So far the faucet has been working great. Easy to install, however, I replaced the pop-up drain with one that looks better. The drain that comes with the faucet has a really large push button on the top that was too big for my taste.

I have spent 2 hours trying to stop pop-up drain from leaking. I have siliconed the drain, lowered into sink, placed rubber gasket on, and tightened the collar wing nut as tight as possible twice now. The drain still leaks. This is an awful design!

This faucet in stainless is beautiful with an updated look with the “square design” which is what I wanted. The finish is nice and the faucet is heavy and sturdy. Very pleased with the look and design.

If this faucet had worked properly when I installed it I would I given it a 5 star rating. I have taken advantage of the lifetime warranty and installed a new valve cartridge. It now works very well. When I first got this faucet it tended to drip and as time went by the drip got much worse until I had to locate the handle at a certain location to stop the drip. It works great now! Installation of the new cartridge took about 1 hour. It would have taken 30 minutes if the directions had been readable. The printing is so small that one needs a magnifying glass to read it.

Did not like the appearance, but looks and taste are personal and subjective. The handle did not turn very much which caused us some concern regarding how well it would control water temperature. Ended up returning the Ashlyn and getting a different faucet.

Classy upgrade for contractor grade faucets. Clean lines and have a solid and smooth operation. Great for anyone with arthritis.

Length of spout is too short, this is what happens when you order from a computer not seeing it in a store.

It's a nice faucet. The customer I installed it for was very happy. I only recommend a handful of brands and Delta is one.of them.

This particular faucet manouevers well - it has a nice lever action. There is also a good flow of water. So there are no issues with performance. However, I would say that the faucet is on the larger side and looks a bit blocky. Had I been able to see it in store (and mounted on a sink), I would have chosen something else. It's not that it's not a nice faucet, but I'd prefer something a bit more streamlined.

I like everything except the finish. It looks ridiculously scratched on the bronze. I'd return it, but it's already installed.

Bathroom remodel and faucet works great, but the finish - SS - spots. There are spotless SS, but this one is not spotless. We have a Delta shower head that looks terrible as well. We purchased Delta because of quality. They missed the mark on this finish.

Easy install. Instructions very clear. Instructions indicated that you may need silicone for the installation. You absolutely must have silicone to seal the drain flange. This necessitated another trip to the hardware store. A very small tube of silicone should be included.The installed faucet is very nice looking but the chrome shows water spots. If I had a "do over", I would have chosen grey.All in all an excellent faucet with a lifetime guarantee and a very easy install./
