One of the faucets was difficult to get the handle on straight without a significnt gap. My plunber worked on it for over an hour and finally got it to work better and close most of the gap. WIll wtch t to see if there is a future problem. Look good. We did not want to take irt back since we needed to get the job done and thee were no more in the store.

Although the aesthetic design was spot on for what I was looking for, the installation design made this a return item for me. Everything that is mechanically critical is plastic. I wanted a faucet that my kids could pull on and one that did not rotate after installation. This was not that faucet. When I tried to apply the appropriate tension to secure the handles and faucet, I stripped the plastic threads.

I ordered this for a kids bathroom. I have Delta faucets in my Master Bath and like these better. They are designed to keep the 'square' bases fixed on the counter and the handles on top will stay even with the bases. Even the little details like a plug for the allen screws on the handles come in an option of gray or red/blue (for hot/cold). I chose this model due to some negative reviews from some non-aerated 'gravity' faucets. I have very happy with this choice.

I am a designer with 15 years experience and I specialize in design-build bathroom projects. I am writing this review to tell you that if you choose this faucet, you should figure on also purchasing a push pop-up drain #33W576. If you choose a sink where the hole for the drain is centered from front-to-back, you will not be able to connect the lift-lever in the back of the faucet to the pop-up drain (the horizontal rod is not long enough). If you purchase the push pop-up drain, you will not need to use the lift-lever on the back of the faucet, thus bypassing the issue. This faucet is great overall and my clients love the design, but it is really unfortunate that Delta doesn't just make the drain's horizontal rod long enough to accommodate a center drain location on the sink. I have spent about 2 hours and $250 just trying to rectify this issue, let alone the plumbers time and the delays to finish this project. The faucet is beautiful, I just wish we had ordered the touch pop-up drains from the beginning.

This Faucet is Awesome, no need to turn it on just simply touch it and there you have running water.

Nice replacements for twenty year old polished brass. Very easy to install with most work done from above instead of under cabinet. Very smooth operation of valves. I like the recessed filter/aerator. My wife thinks the finish shows water spots more than she expected. Only reason I didn't rate excellent, was because I bought two, and both had same loose part. On one, the box was damaged and retaining screw was missing. H.D. couldn't replace and it took about ten days to get the part from Delta.

I think this faucet was designed by an engineer with NO plumbing experience. It has so many tubes and connections under the sink that it's mind-boggling! Such a stupid design. Delta calls it EZ Anchor Mounting, but it looked like a mess of tiny tubes, hoses, and connectors.... Never seen anything like it. Took it back to the store and went with a traditional widespread faucet instead.

This is a beautiful faucet and looks great with our new granite countertops. Was not hard to install and performs as expected. I like that is has a higher arc than standard faucets.

I ordered this faucet online for a bathroom remodeling project. When it arrived, it appeared if it had previously been opened. While installing it, i found out that the plastic anchor that the faucet spout gets screwed into was stripped out. I could not complete the installation. I called Delta and they are going to send me a new part. They said it would take 7-10 business days to arrive. So I now have to go without a sink in one of my bathrooms for about two weeks. This really irritates me and i am very disappointed in Home Depot for sending me this previously opened and damaged product.

Love this faucet! It's the only oil rubbed bronze faucet that I found with a more modern, sleek design. I was concerned that the faucet may not be tall enough; however, it's a perfect height for the sink on our vanity.

Used two of these faucets in a bathroom remodel. They are beautiful and have a high end look and feel without the high end price tag. I have also seen them used in several local model homes.

Complicated to install, but it's a beautiful addition to the kitchen. It's easy to use, too.

Received the faucet to try and all 3 of us love it! It looks great in our kitchen and being able to turn it on and off by touching it is great when you have nasty hands. The sprayer is handy and easily accessible and the indicator light turns colors when the water heats up or cools down. We did have a plumber install it, he had not seen one before so we felt better letting him do it.

Don't buy if you have a 40's or 50's lavatory. Center insert will not fit. Delta's designers should have tested and quality controlled for this. Too bad, nice set up otherwise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Addison single handle pull down kitchen faucet with touch20 tech for free. We switched our faucet in the kitchen sink with this. It was a big job installing and switching the wires and pipes that goes with it. It took us longer to hook it up. But it made my sink looking high tech and cool. So far, it has been working and running great. No complaints yet. We will see how this goes because this is a tap, hands free faucet. Hopefully, this will stay like this. Kids would be curious to tap and play. Crossing my fingers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This faucet is excellent. I like that I can tap it with my arm when I have been cooking with raw meat and not have to contaminate the handle. I also appreciate that my children can do the same when their hands are muddy from the garden and not make an enormous mess of the faucet. The pull-down sprayer is convenient and works well. I am curious to see how long it lasts. Our last faucet had a separate sprayer that we had to replace at least twice in the last 15 years. My one criticism would be that it has a lot of tubes and things necessary under the sink. We have a VERY deep kitchen sink and it was difficult to fit everything. The installation instructions were fairly clear and it wasn't too bad to install. If you have any doubts though, contact a plumber. I received this product as a test group and was not paid in any way for my opinion. This is strictly my opinion.
