I bought this about 6 months ago. It was working great but then the ActivTouch button on the top stopped working. The spray remains the same. The button that pauses the flow works fine. I tried soaking the shower head in white vinegar to remove any calcium deposits as we are on a well but have a water softener. Any ideas to fix it? My last shower head lasted 15 years. Not happy.

The shower head was easy to install and use. If there were one thing I would like a little more, it would be to have the space where the handle rests into the holder to be just a tad closer together. It would seem a little more sturdy.

Poor quality...it just doesn't...stand-up!!!!

Just what I needed. My bath does not have the pipe at eye level. Most hand-held shower mounts require that. This unit allowed me to screw the mount directly to the wall and run the hose down to a connection on the tub faucet down at shin level. The fact that the angle of the wall mount is adjustable is also a nice plus. The unit looks nice, has multiple settings, and gives a good flow. Perfect.

It has 5 different sprays but the best feature is the pause button. My husband is handicapped and must sit in a chair to shower. He can hit the pause button and the water stops until he needs it again.

Hose nut is made of look alike chrome with cheap plastic. I did not understand the purpose of saving a few cents by making the hose nut with cheap plastic. My hose nut broke after a couple of months. Once broken the whole thing is a piece of garbage.

I really love this shower head, strong water pressure, and the delivery was quite prompt.

I attached this to my divert spout (removing the water saver piece) and was very pleased with it's power. I have (sort of) lousy pressure in my bathtub, so #1 was very pleased with the power of the 9-spray spout. The design is flat, so you can just circle it around-against the top of your head. I haven't had any hair catch in it yet! Good stuff!

I am impressed by the water pressure. I use it in an upstairs bathroom where water pressure has been an issue in the past. It comes with an wall hang attachment. Buy the adjustable shower adapter if you don't want to have to screw into wall/ tile.

This was the most expensive showerhead on the display, so you would think it was the highest quality. Not so. The plastic piece that threads on to the wall mount and showerhead is so thin that it broke when hand tightening it rendering the product useless.

Bought this because we loved our other one just Ike it in another shower. The thumb controlled buttons especially the off button are easy to use when bathing our dog. We like the spray pattern and the metal hose. I am sure there are other ones out there for more money but this fit our budget.

I was surprised at the quality of this product. It's lightweight, has several spray patterns and is easy to use. I recommend this product. I've had it for about two months and it works great. I've tried other shower hand held sprays and for the cost this one performs so much better.

I tried a different hand held from another company and returned it as my contractor could not keep it from leaking regardless of how much teflon tape he used because of all the plastic and misshaped parts in it. I looked on line for something that would have better construction and be worry free and this hand held is wonderful. Contractor said it was a very good choice and excellent quality.

I am very pleased with the hand held shower I purchased. It was easy to install (with the bracket I purchased as I could not drill anything into the wall) . It has many features ,it looks good, and is very easy to operate.

Very easy to install. This shower head will save me money, for the old shower head did not have any controls for slowing down the flow of water. Also, long hose makes it easy to clean the walls of the shower stall.

My old multi function shower head had been delivering little water and I could never adjust it easily. Decided to get a new one and this is a dream. There is a lot of power and water delivered. It is easy to get the spray you want as there are 3 buttons with etchings on them. One is for a wide light spray, one for a strong spray and one for a wide but strong spray. You can push 2 buttons at a time to gget a total of 9 different sprays. I especially love the pause button. Having had surgery recently, I could not reach the handle to turn the water on or off when I am sitting in the shower. With this button I can stop the flow of water while applying shampoo or shaving. It does allow a slow trickle to come out at this time which I assume is to prevent a build up pressure. I am just thrilled with this sprayer. It feel like it used to feel while taking a shower before they put the flow inhibitors in. Worth every penny and more.

I purchased the shower head primarily to bathe my pets in a large bath tub. It just screws on to the shower adapter on the tub spout, or on a shower if you have a shower head. I love the pause feature so I can lather up the pets without readjusting the water temperature. I love the metal hose so my cats cannot chew on it.

Customer service was fine, and so was the shipping of the product to my door.

I was surprised at the water pressure as most products these days are somewhat wimpy. It goes from a gentle spray to a very invigorating strong spray and several in between options. It is well made compared to others that I checked out.

It is everything I was hoping for and more! It includes a mount--something that most shower heads don't include. The settings are amazing. You can do each individual setting or any combination or all three. Then there is the pause bottom which is awesome if you have a small shower that doesn't let you lather up without turning of your shower.
