The previous arm and flange were made of a low quality metal that continued to rust on the wall. I continued to change out the flange every six months because they rust so bad. I have been looking for a stainless arm and flange and so far this works. It has only been on for a month, but there are no signs of any rust. If there is rust, I will try and place an addendum to this rating to warn all of you. Good luck.

Unit was packaged at factory with Bronze arm and Chrome flange. Had to return.

This is working well for me so far. I bought it for my master bathroom remodel. I haven't had any problems. I think it will do the job!

There isn't much to say about a shower arm. The quality is good, It looks good, matches my other shower components also purchased from HD, works as it should. I'm satisfied...

It was the perfect length for our shower size and the type of shower head we purchased.

Compared to the quality of the champagne bronze shower head which is top quality, (minus the small neck part, which is of poorer quality) the quality on this is really really bad. So bad that I had to go back to using my 20 year old shower arm, which despite looking somewhat beat up, still works like a champ. I was very upset to see that even using a two heavy duty rags to cover this while tightening it, it still scraped really badly. It is just cheap paint spray painted on, and for that Delta should really learn to put more quality control into their item if they are going to demand top price. twenty four dollars is a meal for two people, and I would expect top durable quality at that price. Very very unhappy. Hopefully someone from Delta will read this and pass it along, because this is just no acceptable.

Simple and functional. Nothing fancy. Seemed easy to install (I had plumbers). Price good.
