I have VERY thick hair and this shower head provides the best amount of water to rinse the shampoo & conditioner. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was a turn off on the head to stop the stream of water.

The best shower head I have ever used. Spray is wide and feels like a waterfall. I finally enjoy taking showers. I highly recommend.

This is a beautiful showerhead. But it leaked like a sieve where the collar screws onto the shower arm. I tried different thicknesses of plumbers tape, made sure the gasket was properly seated and tightened the collar as tight as I could and it still leaked. I finally gave up and replaced it with a head that cost half as much which didn't leak a drop. Very disappointed.

We had the same problem as the other customer with the third setting not working. We called Delt...
We had the same problem as the other customer with the third setting not working. We called Delta. They said this product requires 80 lbs. of water pressure. That's a lot of pressure! This should be noted on the box somewhere and it is not. Mineral build up is not the problem. It is a brand new shower head.

Thank you for your review, Laurie! I'm sorry for any confusion with the flow rate on your Delta shower head and would be happy to help further. This shower head is designed to produce 2.50 gpm @ 80 psi, 9.5 L/min @ 550 kPa. This should still produce a strong flow rate even if you do not have 80 psi, however, there may be debris in the shower head or in the mixing valve itself. I have emailed you directly about this issue. Please refer to that email for further assistance.

Good quality for the price. May end up taking out the flow restriction in the future to get a little more pressure, but not too bad as is. Compared to the $300+ Moen we looked at as an alternative, definitely a much more cost effective option.

Pulsing water flow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just completed remodeling our master bathroom in December 2016. During our first use of the new Delta shower we noticed pulsing sensation in the water flow through the spray setting. It's a random short break in the water spray which results into a pulsing sensation. Delta customer service at no charge to us sent a new replacement shower head but the end result is the same pulsing sensation. Replacing this Delta shower head with a inexpensive hardware version shower head verified that the pulsing sensation is caused by the Delta product. The 3 settings work well except with the exception of the pulsing spray setting. Delta customer service is top notch I have no complaints but this particular product has an apparent design flaw therefore I cannot recommend this Delta Raincan 3-Setting Touch-Clean Shower Head especially at the cost of this product.

Very happy with this shower. My water pressure is regulated to 30-50 psi and the shower was weak until I removed the restrictor. After that it it worked perfectly!
Note: It is not trivial to remove the restrictor for the novice. I found directions on a discussion board. Procedure: 1) Remove screen from threaded connector. 2) The restrictor is the green plastic part under the screen. Place shower head on a towel to protect it from dammage. Screw a self-drilling screw through the middle of the restrictor until the larger threads are into the plastic (approx 5-8 turns). 3) Use pliers and carefully pull it out (requires some effort to remove). 4) Place screen back in threaded connector, being careful to seat the rubber gasket.

Excellent rain shower head
If you are looking for a dark bronzed rain shower head like I was, then this is your match. It's big and it has 3 different settings. This is not a massage shower head, though. It's just a nice rain shower head that will go with your dark bronzed faucets and will give you a relaxing shower experience.
