It’s not the easiest pattern to install but, it’s a show stopper! Live the feel of the tile, color and how the tile comes glued together vs. on mesh backing. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful tile. Perfectly matched the color of my vanity and added interest to the shower niche. We turned the tile to have a straight herringbone pattern which matches the tile pattern on the floor.

The tiles are the same as advertised and the color portrayed is accurate. But, they are difficult to lay with a continuous gap as not all gaps are uniform. The saving grace is if you use dark grout, it is hard to see the inconsistencies.

We purchased the tile and had it installed by a professional company. Overall it looks great and is good quality! We are happy.

So yes it looks great! It’s inexpensive and available! Easy install with the sticky paper on my wall. However, you better know your space relation skills. Luckily I’m married to a mason and we figured it out. The hardest thing was cutting these without breaking them in pieces. So heed my advice when I tell you that the best way to do it is with a tile scoring tool or glass cutting tool and do it heavily wettting them a little after each score. Then VERY VERY carefully cut them from the side. I bought several tools a double scoring tool a traditional tile cutting tool a score and cutting tool and a glass cutting tool. We used a grinder and that destroyed them. Even with a pro touch. I actually learned to cut them with the double scoring tool and that was pretty bang on.

Tough to work with not exactly square the way they weirdly glued them instead of using mesh but but looked good, easy to cut out and place individual tiles. used for diy backsplash

It was overall really good and turned out well. A lot of sheets had a broken tile or two which was a bit of a nuisance but all in all really like it.

I wanted a matte black herringbone backsplash for my basement and this tile was exactly what I was looking for. We did a 15sqf area, so not very big. Our installer said it wasn't the easiest to work with, but he was still able to get it done. Very pleased with the end result.

This tile looked straight forward to install, since it came in glued sheets, however the spacing between the tiles had a lot of variation. It was also a huge pain to cut, and what should have been a weekend project took a months worth of weekends. We used it for a kitchen backsplash, and while I’m super pleased with how it looks, had we know how difficult this tile was to work with we probably would have chosen something else. Picture shows our backsplash with “platinum” color grout.

Every sheet of this stuff is out of square. I'm a professional installer and my customer wanted this tile. Based on the reviews, I told them it was probably safe. Now I'm spending hours cutting them apart in order to avoid large 1/4" grout lines in places. Anyone who does tile knows that once one piece is off, it's a domino effect, making the whole floor off. I’ll be the first to admit I didn’t love this tile in the box. My designer pushed me to give it a chance and I am so happy we did. Talk about a wow factor! Order extra in case some tiles are chipped/broken... some were damaged, but our store had them in stock so it was easy to source replacements.

This tile is very pretty and the herring one pattern adds a nice aesthetic. It is very slip proof and functional. Would definitely recommend!

The Daltile Restore Ash Gray Herringbone Mosaic came out great, just like it is pictured on the Home Depot website. I would recommend ordering 20% more than you need, especially if you DIY.

Just what we were looking for.

It was beautiful, all of it arrived without cracks or chips. It was difficult to cut without chipping it, but that is probably similar across most tiling projects (this was my first one). But it did require a LOT of cutting considering there are no strait edges on the sheet.

This tile looks really amazing. Like the other reviwers said, the glue spacers are uneven so use a low contrast grout. Dramatic grout shows dramatic flaws. Also know that every cut will be at a 45 degree angle and the tiles are thin and small. This took me about 4 times longer than my square subway tile project of the same size. If you just have a simple wall or if you have time and patience, go for it. Otherwise, for a faster, easier install, stick with subway or square-rectangle tiles.

Love the tile, is VERY dark Navy, but love it.

Love the outcome- so classy and modern at the same time- our installer did not complain at all about it being difficult to install or cut.
