Bearing was 5/8 in and the cutter head was 1/2...
Bearing was 5/8 in and the cutter head was 1/2 in so it didn't cut out the pattern exact. It was cutting a 1/16th in. smaller than wanted.

Great tool
Works like a charm. I wish it were a 1/2 " bit to match my usual router collet but not really difficult to change Collets. Great project, great tool

This 1/8 inch carbide straight router bit is great but...
This 1/8 inch carbide straight router bit is great but a too pricey. I wish it came in longer length but I can understand a 1/8" bit might break if its longer. I ended up returning it unopened because I couldn't use it for my project.

1/8" x 3/8" Carbide Straight Router Bit
This tool definitely did the job. I used it for making the grove to make a door screen. The screen spline fit in the grove tightly. Perfect tool for the job.

Keyhole slot
I bought this to put keyhole slot in picture frames and plaques so that they are flat with the wall when hung up. It worked perfectly!
