POOR SERVICE!!!!!!
I DID NOTCANCEL THE ORDER! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE SEVERAL DAYS AGO. I NEEDED THESE BATTERIES SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE THAT! SEND THE BATTERIES! YOU HAVE ALLMY BILLING INFORMATION.

The saw itself is fine, works great. I was surprised to find no battery included. Hmmm, OK, back to the store. When I discovered that the battery pack was the same price as the saw I was taken aback, that seemed excessive. Then to find that I got only one battery I was angry beyond words. This may be my last DeWalt tool I buy. Too bad.
