It’s heavy and there is no way to adjust the torque. It seems built for heavy duty applications. I’ll keep it but it’s use is limited for my needs.

Broke on first use
The chuck broke within 2 minutes on first use. I returned that one and purchased another one. The 2nd one did the same, breaking the chuck on first use. I am done with dewalt drills

I needed more torque than my 18v battery drill could...
I needed more torque than my 18v battery drill could provide, so I purchased this drill. It performed well, making quick work out of an otherwise tedious task. Would recommend.

Did well mixing thinset mortar!
I purchased this drill to mix thinset mortar for a pretty large tile job. This drill mixed over 20 bags of versabond (1/3 - 1/2 bag at a time / 50 lb bags). Very happy with durability, and the handle it comes with definity made it easier. I like the variable speed also. Haven't used it for drilling yet, but have no doubt it would do well for lighter jobs that I use my battery powered drills for. Would highly recommend!

Overheated within the first 5 minutes of use. Fail to see the point or $100+ value in a drill that cannot manage 5 minutes in short bursts of use.
