[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is nothing much to say. If your looking for the best tile saw for the money, don't think, get this now. I've use many cheaper tile saws. Were they good enough to get the job done? Yes, but thats all they were. This saw can make extremely precise cuts (given you have everything aligned as it should). This saw is also very enjoyable to use. Every time I use it after a long period of time, its like the first time I ever used it. I'm very impressed.

This is the 2nd saw that a got in 3 weeks and honestly I could not be more disappointed!!! Both of the trays do not roll correctly the blade hits the metal on the inside leaving marks on the metal I'm just not sure what to do at this point..... But this one will go back also and I guess it's now time to move to a different company! I owned two older models and they were great not the case anymore do you guys do any quality control?

Very good tile saw. Just get the right blades for different tile.

A nice piece of machinery. Well thought out and plenty of power. Lighter than many of it's competitors. I have had good experience with DeWalt tools.

Attention to detail, quality build and well thought out ergonomics pretty much describe this and every DeWalt tool I own.

I bought the Ridge 10” wet tile saw at first because it was in stock. It was so bad I had to borrow my uncles tile saw to finish the job I was on. I returned it and purchased the DeWalt which I order online. Hands down one of the best decisions I ever made. It operates like a dream.

Was as expected, delivered on time, easy to assemble. Used on glass tile backsplash with no problems.

Well built, easy to assemble, great saw - even the water pump is high quality. I like the adjustable rubber (flexible) hoses that direct the water onto the blade. Fast, clean cuts through several tiles at once! Only thing missing is a laser to show cut line - had to stop blade each time to line up next cut on a marked tile - but still the best wet tile saw that I have ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned few of these saws throughout the years and will always go back to it. Plenty of power yet light enough for one guy to handle. I can't even tell you how many 10s of thousands of square footage I've set with this saw. Other than changing blades I've virtually had no issues with reliability. I would definitely recommend this saw to anybody.

Problem when trying to RIP 24" in length

I just do not like the blade that came with the saw it did not even last past one job and had to be replaced

Great saw, went they porcelain like butter, calibrated right with the motor so it never over heated. I cut down 250 sq. Feet down to my size I wanted and worked great

Tile Saw does not support 12" tile (on the mesh) to cut diagonally due to a table does not support this length. Very bad quality of straight cut on 24" it is more than 1/8" difference on each cut. Impossible to make straight miter cut on 24" tile. All of it can not be done even after two factory authorized service centers were doing their best to do the alignment. This review was done on 5 brand new tile saws out of the box. Mostly moving tables are defective. Table bearings and rollers on both sides of the rails are not touching tile base (frame) . About 10 requests were made to Dewalt Executive department to return a phone call. None of the management stuff nor executive office returned a phone call till now it"s about 1/2 of a year.

Love it! I've cut tile and granite and some rock with this saw so far. It does a terrific job. It took about an hour to put it together. We did it carefully to make sure it was correct and the blade was in tight. The first cut or two we did carefully so we wouldn't bend the blade. Cuts very straight, no wobble at all. It's very sturdy. Love all the features. Would highly recommend this wet saw!
