Worked perfectly great!

Does not fully work with the moentrol valve, as the valves is deeper in the wall. This unfortunately isn’t unusual for aftermarket upgrade parts not to be fully interchangeable.

I was disappointed that it was plastic especially for the price

There was a factory defect on one of the gaskets.

It looks more black than the bronzed color in the photo. I like the way it looks though. I needed a mixer valve (behind this part) so I had to go back to the Home Depot but I decided to keep the handle anyway because it looks better then the chrome.

So beautiful and easy installation

This is a much cheaper option to update your trim if you have an older Moen valve. Plumbers want $800 plus to just put in a new vavle fixture, so this saves hundreds. However, quality is only OK. The handle is metal, but the trim plate is plastic. Not a huge deal, but I did not know before buying.

Color is exactly the matte black I wanted.

Handle and tube are metal, but the face plate and smaller plate pieces are plastic, with a metallic finish. Feels very cheap, especially for the price.

My only complaint is that the center piece doesn’t come off after installation. You basically have to break it off.

The kit met my needs. The instructions need larger print though. I could not read them even with my glasses on. I had to get a magnifying glass and that was very troublesome as I was sitting on the edge of my tub trying to see the instructions as I worked.

This shower handle was so easy to install! Worked perfectly with my over 24 year old Moen handle. It looks great. It fits my newly remodeled vintage bathroom vibe. Highly recommend

This is the second one I've purchased in 6 months. It is very thinly coated and it peels off.

The fact that it was a moen-moentrol gave more options to trim older faucets.

Broke on the 1st used. Replace 2nd one, did the same thing. Do not buy this piece of crap. Save your money for better brand.
