I've had inexpensive coffee grinders in the past but they never last. So I sought out a higher end product which Cuisinart has reputation of high quality products. I bought this in hopes of having something that could be long-lasting and also give me great tasting coffee because, as we all know, there's nothing like fresh ground coffee! This is easy to use, is smaller and streamlined. It does have a little bits of coffee grinds that can make a mess, but it's not a huge deal. I just keep my hand over the hole in the back of the bin that collects the ground coffee and then I tap it on the counter to get all the loose coffee grinds to the bottom of the container. And then I don't have too much spillage. It does make different grinds for pourover, french press or to make a normal pot. I mean it has so many variables in grind. I do not find it to be overly loud when i use it. You can grind as much or as little as you need. So far i am very pleased!!

We do a lot of business through Home Depot and had reward perks. I finally found something I could get for personal use versus just buying business materials. Most coffee grinders look big in their picture however, measuring them, they are very small and cannot hold many coffee beans. This one is about the exact same height as my Keurig coffe maker and holds enough beans for about 2 weeks. You are able to adjust the coarseness and the amount of coffee beans per pot. Very consistant. The only thing anyone can complain anout is the volume of the grind. But if are shopping at Home Depot for stuff and complaining about the loudness of a coffee grinder… you are in the wrong store

Works great and sounds like a dental office. Its a bit messy when extracting the grinds and old grinds get trapped in the expeller.

Perfect coffee grinder we love it. It’s so easy to use that my husband didn’t make a big deal of learning something new. It grinds great and the coffee tastes terrific.

Impressive Coffee! The grind is more consistent, you can dial in the Grind Coarseness and the amount and it does the work for you. You get a great pot of coffee everyday!

Really like the ease of use, the quality of the grind and the overall appearance (my wife actually let's me put this one out on the counter 😅).

The presentation of the product is very nice. The cup designed to hold the coffee beans is very good and a good amount size. After using this for over two weeks it has an intermittent grind to it and does not grind to the amount of time set. The grind itself is inconsistent at the medium settings. Intermittently I have to grind twice to get the correct amount for my coffee pot.

L I prefer stronger coffee. So I find that I need to set it for 8 cups and make a 6 cup pot. Say be this strength. I like otherwise. It matches my parents weaker coffee preference

Good sized hopper. Grinds enough for a full pot of coffee. But u can grind in much smaller batches too. Easy to select grind size for diff coffees. Don’t accidentally grind with the lid off the grinds catcher. It’ll blow coffee EVERYWHERE. LOL. It’s also pretty quick. It’s loud but find me a quiet grinder. lol. Great value for the dollar. Won’t speak to reliability as it’s brand new for me.

Is just like the photo, is the perfect size, beautiful design, grind the coffee really well, I have tried different grind levels and it truly delivers

I decided on a burr grinder after researching grinders for French press type coffee makers . Some are $$$$. This Cuisinart burr grinder is great. It’s attractive on my counter, and I like how it measures and grinds the amount of coffee beans specified. I just started buying beans from our local roasterie and wanted the best coffee experience I could find. I am very happy and pleased with this grinder - and it is very reasonably priced!!

I absolutely love my new grinder. So many different settings, as well as a top, that holds a half pound of beans. I'm still asking myself, why I didn't buy one sooner 🙃

Good value burr grinder. It does everything it should but still room for improvement. I don’t mind that it’s a bit loud and the cup select switch feels flimsy and cheap… What bothers me the most is the rectangular shaped bin the grounds collect in. It’s inevitable that there will be static with most grinders. This means you have to do a lot of tapping when pouring the grounds out into coffee maker. If the bin was round, I could simply take the cover off and pour grounds into French press, coffee filter, etc and tap tap tap away, relatively mess free. But since it’s rectangular, I can’t position the whole bin over/in my french press or coffee filter. Inevitably, part of the bin will overhang the coffee maker so tapping it will lead to a mess. And you do have to repeatedly tap due to the static. You could leave the cover on and pour the grounds out through the small hole but it takes a lot of effort/time and the grounds tend to stick in the corners of the lid. A round bin would also be easier to dust out/clean. Would still recommend this grinder because it is possibly the best bang for your buck burr grinder and many grinders will have the same problems.

Just bought my third Cuisinart burr grinder in maybe over 40 years. Quite a good run. It consistently works perfectly. If I have to buy another one in twenty years, I'll be happy to do so.

I have bought several grinders, this grinder by far has been the best quality. It works well and it is made pretty well. It makes it easy to choose how much coffee needs to be ground.

This machine is awesome, grinds coffee to exactly the size I want. It is a bit loud in the morning but they are all that way. Nice machine and easy to use.

We needed a Grindr for our filter coffee maker and I wasn't too enthused with the haphazard whirly gig cheap units on the market and it came upon this one and the reviews are very accurate and we love it and it makes a very even grind. Thanks

After an exhaustive search on line I settled with the Cuisinart Burr Mill. It was worth it. I always had a good experience with this company's products but this particular Mill exceeded expectations. I used to buy already ground coffee, but now I prefer whole bean and enjoy using this grinder that makes it easy and brings out the aroma and the full flavor right in my cup. I wholeheartedly recommend this grinder.

It has a good size and is easy to operate. Noise is moderate. Happy with this purchase.

This is an excellent coffee grinder. Fill the hopper, set the consistency of the grind, set the number of cups. Afterwards you only need to press the start button each time to use.

Bought this grinder to go with a new espresso machine. The grinder is small and doesn’t take up a lot of space. It doesn’t grind up large amounts of beans but that really doesn’t bother us. It grinds up more than enough for a pot of coffee or multiple espressos. It comes with a small scoop which we find handy. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the grinder has somewhat of a cheap feel to it. The little cup that the grounds go into seems rather flimsy as does the button to adjust the amount of beans to grind. We really don’t have anything thing else to compare this to so we don’t know if it does a good job or not. We do know that it seems to be consistent, it’s easy to use, and that the coffee or espresso’s we are making are tasty. We can’t speak for the longevity of this machine at this time. So far we have been using it daily without any issues. The price was good compared to some other grinders.

Great little machine. Does a consistent grind at whatever setting you need. If I were to give it a negative comment it would be that it is a bit loud.

I have always used the single use blade type grinders that you add beans to grind when you want to make a pot. I received this Cuisinart as a wonderful gift and have really been enjoying its convenience and superior grind. Holds enough beans for several 12 cup pots, so now all I have to do is press the start button and bam...fresh ground coffee! Lots of grind options, but for auto-drip I have found that I prefer to lean towards the coarse setting as medium is pretty fine. One slight con as with most of these grinders is that it is LOUD, so make sure you close the bedroom doors of any sleepers. Oh, and it is a very sharp looking unit parked between my Ninja and Keurig.

Super convenient to have setting controls for coarseness all the way to fine powder. Also a setting for amount needed / 1 cup worth or enough for a whole pot… Makes a huge difference in the fresh flavor

The grind isn’t consistent. Some comes out coarse and some like sugar… It makes a mess. Too much of a pain to send back. Definitely not worth the money. Not happy
