I like that you can select the temperature of the water based on the type of tea. The kettle is sturdy and easy to use.

Works great, I've had it for about a month. I have never made so much tea in my life and my baseline was 2 cups/day heating up water in the microwave (controversial I know). So easy to get it started, wander away to do something else for a minute and listen for the beep to let you know it's time to steep. I sprang for the one with the kraken on it which is cool but definitely optional and I'm sure it will not impact the quality of the water heating but it does make me smile when I see it.

Upgraded to this electric kettle from a cheap plastic electric kettle that finally stopped working. Love that I can select different temperatures for different tea varieties and it keeps the water warm too. Very pleased with my purchase.

Happy to finally find a reliable and fast, “smart” kettle that gives you the optimum temperatures for tea and coffee, even French press. In addition, its design and dimensions are a beautiful addition to our kitchen counter.

Love this kettle! Has so many features. I really like th way it keeps the temp at what you want.

So far so good. I like it's bigger capacity. Heats quickly. Nice settings. We use ours a TON so I'm eager to see it's longevity.

I love this kettle. My only complaint is it’s hard to tell how much water is in as the water window is right behind the handle.

I didn't think I needed this when I received it as a gift. I love it! Convenient and fast. Love that it is cordless.

This kettle heats to your perfect temperature, and I love that it then holds water at that temp for 30 minutes! But the outside gets so hot that anything more than a brief brush against the kettle will cause a burn, and even that brief brush is painful.

The tea pot works really well. It heats the water to the correct temp for each type of tea and holds that water at the correct temp for a long time. It is very easy to operate as well.

Great product, but the start button toggles on and off.

I love the idea that I can pick a specific temperature, but the shape is awkward & when filled, which is the whole point, is too heavy for my wife, who is pretty strong. The kettle does not turn off automatically when it reaches temperature, but stays on until you turn it off. Too many features that I don't care about. Not a bad kettle, but not what I wanted.

I'm a multiple cuppa per day tea drinker; husband makes a pot of French press in the a.m. This is my 3rd Cuisinart tea kettle. They are THE BEST & I won't even consider another brand.

We have thoroughly enjoyed using this new kettle. The different temperature settings, the stay warm feature, plus the construction of the kettle is fantastic! If I had one small item of concern, it is how the kettle pours out the water, especially when there is a smaller amount of water inside the vessel. The swivel base is a very nice feature. It is easy to move the kettle around 360° very smoothly. The handle is substantial enough to very easily grab the kettle plus the base does not get hot in case you need another hand to support the kettle, which I like very much.

The kettle has easy to use settings, a nice handle, and I like that the lid springs open with the push of a button. It seems well-made and is easy to use. IMPORTANT SAFETY ISSUE AT HIGH ALTITUDE. The kettle does not automatically shut off when on the boil setting. I discovered this by coming out to my kitchen with condensation all over the bottom of my cabinets and the kettle continuing to boil away water. Thankfully it was very full, so had not boiled all the water away. I don't know if I have a defective product or if it is because I am using it at high altitude (>7000 ft), but I now unplug the kettle whenever it is not in use to avoid it becoming a fire hazard. I had another kettle from a different brand that would automatically shut off at the same altitude, so maybe it is an issue with this kettle.

I love this kettle. Until a year or two ago I didn’t even know electric kettles were made! This is perfect, and I love the different temps…I drink French Press coffee and a lot of different teas, but never knew the teas should have different temperatures. The French Press was always a bit hard before, as I knew it should be not quite boiling but that’s hard. This makes it super easy.

Works very well. I wish it could fit under the refrigerator water dispenser to fill because I have to use another container to get the water then pour it in the kettle. It is also heavy.

This is great for all my tea needs. I love the added feature to reheat up to 30 mins as well!

It is slim, lightweight, and looks great in my kitchen. I love the ease of use and the variety of temperatures for the perfect cup of coffee, tea, or water. The water heats up quickly and is great for the health conscious without the added plastic.

Warms quickly to desired temperature. Large enough to make several cups of beverage. Water stays warm for at least 30 minutes.

Well designed & versatile- our second one since we needed at another house.

I bought this to replace a previous electric kettle (different brand), and this one was recommended by Wirecutter, the New York Times website. I am disappointed in it for the following reasons: 1. It is slower to heat up than my previous kettle. 2. It is heavier (this matters for this 70 something old lady). 3. It doesn't hold as much as the old one! And 4. It doesn't pour well. It doesn't pour in a single stream but rather in two or three streams. Possibly the only good thing about it is the fact that you can choose different temperatures for different types of tea or coffee, something I certainly never worried about before!

I purchased this kettle last year as a Christmas gift for my son and wife, they loved it so much I had to get one for myself! I love being able to select the temperature depending on what I'm making or to simply boil water - and so quickly!

Fast and I love the different temps. Had to get used to pushing two buttons to make it start but no big deal.

Everything is good sans the pouring spout with the filter. When the pot is low on water, it no longer pours cleanly and dribbles out making a mess. Rather surprised by this oversight

Easy to operate. Easy to fill. Generous amount of water to use. I bought it for the temperatures and cleanliness of being stainless steel I wanted to be able to see how much water I had left. I find that I am more inclined to make teas, soups and such because it is so convenient. I would give up my microwave before I would give up this teapot. That’s how much I like it.

I love how this kettle looks and how it works. Stylish and well made.
