Love it. Bends #4 with ease, and a full bend is pretty well on 90 degrees. Haven’t used it to cut as I have a saw for that.

First, it will not cut 5/8" rebar; total lie. 5/8" will not even fit into the jaws. Second, you had better have a couple young strong guys using it if for the day; otherwise take this thing to the nearest garage sale or return it. buy a powered unit and you'll thank me.

I’ve used a lot of rebar cutter/benders over the years that I’ve worked in construction, some good, others not so much. So when my last cutter “walked off the job” I was a little nervous about buying a replacement that didn’t work as well. I needn’t have worried, this cutter worked better than the last one that I had, and that one worked well. It cuts smoothly and easily, bends quickly and with tight bends. I have only cut #4 rebar so far, I know that #5 is not easy for any cutter/bender that I’ve used, but is should work at least as well as the other benders that I’ve used. I would recommend this tool, and would buy it again.

This thing is excellent. I've used several of these in the past, this one required much less brute force to use.

This is a great tool. It made cutting and bending #4 rebar much easier.

This thing is a beast. Attached it to a piece of 2x10 that was laying around and started at it. I weigh 180lbs and I can cut and bend 1/2" rebar with one hand. 5/8" rebar takes both hands but it still cuts and bends without much of a fight and it's all a far sight better than using a hickey for all the bends and a grinder for the cuts. Pretty sure we could have bought one with all the money put into grinder blades before this, lol. It's sturdy and built to last. We tried it on a 2x8 but the 2x10 was more sturdy on the 5/8" bends and we had an extra piece so why not.

Works and cuts well. Had an issue getting a true ninety degree bend with one pull. Had to bend close to ninety and then reset against other roller to complete the bend. That worked, just added an extra step and time. Bent 30 #3s into almost identical 36" x 12" rectangular stirrups.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do and has been invaluable for my build.

So far it has done a great job on 1/2”. Cutting and bending over 200 PCs.
