Easy to assemble,Works great. Need to have Hot Tub or Spa empty to install. Needs 36 inches of clearance on lift side of spa.Very easy to use for family members.

This cover lifter is great! Was going to get the cover RX, glad we didnt because this lifter moves the cover closer to the ground so it doesnt stick up as high. Proce was great too, over $100 less than local dealer.

Could not use it with the hot tub, so I really cannot give it a rating,.

Exactly what I thought it would be. Easy to install and looks like it should last a long time. I had to reinforce the tub cabinet so the "foot" had something more to leverage against so it took a bit of extra carpentry to do it right but I would recommend the product.

This does not just slide under the spa and is ready to use. It also has to screw into the spa. And our spa had nothing to support the screws where it needed to go. My husband is very handy and made a bracket and put it in the spa behind the cabinet with a 2x2 board to brace it the length of the spa. So now it works fine. Very easy to use.

I have a swim spa. I also had to buy the conversion kit from another company and now I am able to remove both covers from the swim spa by myself.

Awesome! Easy to assemble and install. No holes to drill except for 4 new cover lock straps. A lot easier to use than my old lift arms that would strain to lift cover away. Had it all done working in less than an hour.

The cover for my spa was good it fit good and no problem.

Was easy to assemble and removing the cover has never been easier.
