I am an 85 year young woman slight in build. I felt perfectly safe in climbing the ladder and removing and re-installing a drapery rod which had to be hung about 9". Great that it was delivered and I did not have to get someone to help me go to the brick and motor then get it home. Worth the delivery charge

We are very pleased with this four-foot ladder. It feels sturdy for both man and woman, and the deep steps and raised top bar make us feel safe. It was easy to change several light bulbs on our 8-foot ceiling. I think it will last a long time with normal indoor use. Neither of us can lift it's twenty pounds with two fingers as in the picture, but it's easy to carry around with one hand. It's easy to store, too.

Steps are larger than most making it more secure and comfortable than most. Easily folds up. 3 steps enables me to reach ceiling fixtures easily without getting out a larger ladder. Have used it many times already and I am well satisfied.

Stool folds well and is a great height for reaching top cabinets.

The 3-step ladder I preferred was no longer available so I had to re-examine the ones that were available. The overall construction appeared to be of higher quality then the others that were available. It puts me at the right height to accomplish many of the tasks without buying an A-frame type ladder.

the step ladder is adequate for jobs around the house and has s comfort quality.

As we age we wanted a safe, secure platform with a hand hold. This unit fills that need very well!

this is a good moderate duty step stool; I grow pole beans on 8ft high wire trellis, this step stool has wide steps that are sturdy & gives me secure access to the top vines.

We bought this along with the 2 step stool. It is perfect for reaching higher areas. It is so much lighter weight than my husband's small ladder and easier to use for me. It is easy to fold up and hang in the closet, making it a great help for me to use and have handy close by.

This is a great tool to have around the house. It is compact when folded and stores easily. Very sturdy, even using the top step. Allows user to access ceilings for fixtures or painting, and is much more practical than an equivalent 2 stepper.

I use this in the kitchen and all around the house. I am a full figured short gal and it supports me. I do feel that the steps could be a thicker to add to the durability but other than that it is a good product.

I love this step stool. I previously had a two step, that never was quite enough height for the top cabinets. This is perfect and it folds for storage. I Love It.!

I needed a step stool to change light bulbs and AC filters. I feel like this stool will work fine for me. I have only used it once but felt confident in the construction of it. I also felt the price was right.

This is a good quality step stool for the price. I wouldn't use it as a ladder for repairs, etc., but to access things just out of reach, it serves well.
