I tied to remove dandelions from my rain soaked lawn. This thing would make a hole but never grabbed the weed to remove it! It was totally useless! I would not recommend this tool to anyone! It’s going back tomorrow.

Left a 1-1/4 X 1” hole in the ground. Not good when you have pets. Had to fill them with dirt

This makes weed duty easy and quick in moist NW soil. I imagine it would be ineffective in dry hard ground like anything else would be. The best $40 I have spent in a very long time.

Since I got a shower curtain rod instead of the weeder it was a very negative experience. I give it a Minus 5 stars

The rod to push the weed out broke on me within the first day of use. I returned it.

The weedslayer really made it easy to get most of the weeds with their roots. It leaves holes but it easy to fill them with soil.

Super easy to use and takes care of the tough South Texas weeds.

Great for big weeds, not for small weeds, just makes a hole in the dirt.

Great in not too hard soil, does take out a divot from which you can hand remove weed and place back into hole. Release bar can sometimes require more than one hand to release divot. Most importantly it does make weeding less demanding and time consuming.
