This was an on-line order (not in store). It was shipped to me in a very well protected box and packaging. Arrived perfect and square, no dents or bent/damaged corners. The piece they selected for me was very nice, A1, which its a blessing because it's to be used in a very visible location in a kitchen. Highly recommend HD shipping and this product.

The product is very nice quality, and the custom cut work was precise and beautiful. Whatever cutting tool this company uses is above average. I am planning projects specifically because I know this product will come to me with such high standards.

Excellent quality plywood - way better than the plywood from the blue box store. Veneer was beautiful. The plywood didn't have any voids. Keep in mind you have to be gentle when you handle this stuff or the veneer will chip easily, and it is not easy to fix imperfections in this when compared to real lumber. Build a small bookshelf with adjustable shelves - I love the natural color so much I just finished this with polyurethane - I did about 3 coats, and sanded with 300-400 grit sandpaper after each coat for a super smooth finish. I had ordered multiple pieces of plywood and they were all shipped/packaged decently. Yes it is cheaper to purchase a 4x8 sheet in-store however keep in mind it's a pain to haul the plywood back home, as well as break down the plywood. I'm not a fan of them breaking it down in store as it's not super precise. When you buy these 2x4 sheets they are perfectly square, so it's much easier to get going on projects and sending through the table saw.

I used these panels to replace the shelves in my kitchen cabinets. I had Columbia Forest Products cut the shelves to my specifications and they were perfect. The packaging was excellent, with no damage at all. I haven't had very good luck with other Home Depot vendors, so I was nervous going in. But this experience was fantastic and I highly recommend them.

I puchased 12 boards and requested custom cuts from the providing company, Columbia Forest Products. After several messages back and forth, all due to my lack of knowledge and expertise i was guided on exactly how many boards i needed for my project. The boards arrived so quickly and cut to perfection. I just cant say enough how pleased i am with the entire process! I highly recommend more people go this route than wracking their brain doing the cutting themselves. Leave it to the pros!
