The packaging and pickup from the store went well. "The doors were easy to install. The only downside was the towel bar. It is not mounted thru the glass, but is kinda beat onto the edges of the glass with a hammer. If you order the next thicker glass, you can get the handle that looks much better, and is easily installed.

easy to install, make sure to measure twice. i bought the 56 inch, and the frame came 2 inches bigger, so be ready to cut to size. also, the top is cut 1/16 less while the bottom is cut 3/16 less.

This was a replacement of a swinging glass door on a Lasco (Contractor's Special) shower stall that fell apart after 17 years of use. This door had the exact dimensions i needed, and the posts were wide enough to cover the previous installation holes (which i filled with caulk). So far it is water tight, and looks good. Instructions were adequate and Installation was a one man job, that took a couple hours. Most of this time was to ensure a flush fit and leveling since there is no do over once you take hacksaw to the metal railings. Four Stars on Value - for this price, glass could have been thicker, and the towel racks have a flimsy feel to them. Since Shipping to house was pricey, I had my wife do an in store pick up, and was able to fit the box in the back of our Honda Pilot (all row seats folded down). Box arrived at store damaged, and store manager/supervisor was too lazy to open the box to inspect for internal damages, saying the padding inside should have protected the door. My wife took him at his word - luckily nothing was broken. Due to bulky size and weight of the shipping box, I suggest 2 people to carry into your bathroom.

I ordered this online. If I saw it in the store, I wouldn't have purchased it. It is very unstable & of poor quality. It is poorly made as it seems anything but solid & sturdy. I wouldn't think of hanging towels on the door bar for fear they would bend or pull the door off the track.

Looks good once installed, feels a little flimsy as the wall mounted piece is very narrow compared to the one replaced, and instructions were unclear in some steps, but after watching a you tube video able to figure it out. Glass looks nice and the black trim is very nice. Easy to clean. Tools needed - power drill, screwdriver, hacksaw, caulk and caulkgun.

The shower door looks and functions well. It does take a professional to install it.

Got the job done without the waste of time and was able to get on with the day, very friendly and efficient staff .

Easy to unbox and install. Easy adjustments are very forgiving for openings slightly out of square. Quality materials.

I have this shower door for 3 wks now. Cost over $400.00 I don't like it, not strong enough, did not meet my expectations, customer service was horrible except the person that placed the order on 2/8/2024...Everything else was a rollercoaster ride!

I hade to buy adhesive to glue the bottom portion back.

After waiting 2 weeks they called me to say the door is broken

install was easy and looks okay with our existing shower but had to shorten door handle screws

Packaged well. Nothing dented or broken. All parts were included. Directions were fairly easy to follow. Design of the door is very good. Installation went well. Looks very nice. Only downside, priced too high for the size of the door.

This system is the old school, tried and true unit will no real modern feature. We used it by the customers request and installed it as a one-to-one swap out to what he had. I like the obscured glass and the weight/thickness is adequate

Good alternative to replacing whole shower and easy install, but had to cut down door handle screws which were too long.

Product was good, easy to install. Now as for shipping and delivery…. Don’t expect much, packages looked quite beaten and were 2+ weeks late!

Very good quality, instructions weren’t very clear but anyone with minimal experience can fumble through it.

The door might be fine itself, but I will never know. After arriving to the store for pickup more than a week late, the box was entirely destroyed. We refused to accept it and left it at the store. The service received was very poor.
