This closet system is very modern and stylish and was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I needed a closet system to help maximize the space in my closet. I decided to purchase 2 of the closet systems, to put one on each side of my narrow closet. The installation took a couple of weekends so be sure to plan for this project. You will need wood glue and something to cut the top shelves to your desired length. Luckily I have a miter saw to make my cuts. This closet turned out beautifully and I am extremely happy with the outcome! I plan to revamp closets in other bedrooms next!!

This product is very difficult to assemble, but once assembled it has a nice look. My husband and I assembled it together and it took us several hours. We have had the product for about a month, but are remodeling so we haven’t really gotten to use it yet. I like the storage, but I don’t like the hardy board as much. It meets my expectations. I bought two of the systems, one corner, and 4 shoe racks. I would recommend buying things individually because we had an excess of top shelf kits and were unable to return them because they came as a package deal.

Well worth the investment! Well made and very easy to put together. Good instructions; I had mine finished inside a couple of hours. Had to have the item delivered to my local Home Depot as the delivery company (Estes) said they could not get their tractor/trailer in and out of our road (we live in a cul-de-sac). The item comes on a pallet, but it is easy to break apart and we got all of the boxes into our Chevy Traverse easily. It looks really good and has a ton of hanger space. Easy to add extra drawers and hangers to it.

I bought two of these packages and put them side by side in the center of my closet. They look great. They are sturdy and I felt a good value.

Assembling of the shelving units took the most time. That being said, instructions were easy to follow and assembling of units went smoothly. It's a great looking addition to the master bedroom. I purchased the top shelves and drawer to complete the project. Those were also easy to install.

Assembly is easy after the first one. Will need 2 people for lifting and moving. The trim gives a nice finished look. Overall I am pretty happy with this product.

The instructions can be confusing/incorrect at times, but overall seems solid and looks good.

I have to say I didn't put it together had a professional do it. Turned out great so far. haven't had any problems yet. Only had it a month.

The product was easy to install and looks great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the pole is not that sturdy the more you extend it out. I will probably just add a brace to prevent it from sagging in the middle.

Product in and of itself is nice. The vendor does need to do better quality on parts. I had to contact them for missing parts, and they did respond quickly. I did have to make some small purchases for some missing parts as well. I am very satisfied by the finished product.

We recently installed the ClosetMaid Impressions series closet system in our new home. We had the builder credit us for all shelving in the house and used that money to buy this less expensive, still good quality closet system. We installed the following: - (2) Basic Plus Closet Systems (item this review is on) - (2) Corner Units installed stacked - (4) Shoe Organizers installed stacked - (2) Drawers This system was not difficult to put together but it was time consuming. You'll need the ability to follow instructions, drill holes, and maybe even modify things a bit. Again, none of this is difficult but it did take some time. Plan it out, get an assembly line going, take your time. Not too difficult. I've read some negative reviews that say their items were damaged during shipping. Easy to solve, just have it shipped to the store. My entire system came stacked on a single pallet, all shrink wrapped together in pristine condition. I had zero damage. The difference is that these will ship to the store on a Home Depot truck with the rest of their stock. This stock is handled very well compared to the handling of UPS/FedEx/USPS where it will move from truck to plane to truck, be handled by several people, dropped and banged. Again, ship it to the store and save yourself some hassle. I highly recommend this system for a professional, impressive closet!!

This was my 3rd closet using this product. It is easy to assemble and always looks great. Love it !

The color was just as shown. It worked great and assembled as you would expect, it took a while but turned out great!

We really like this product. Bought 3 of the tower units, 6 shelving units and 4 drawers to create our own design based on our needs and the space available. I am not overly handy, but installed and did all the cuts myself. (measure twice, cut once!) It turned out beautiful and added a whole new look to our closet. Would definitely recommend.

It takes two people to easily put these together. We bought two of these and two cube closet organizers to make a wall unit for our living room. We've had them for a month now. Looks great and now we have tons of storage for dvds, books and board games. These are taller than other bookcases, they are very sturdy and have nice trim that looks nicer than other bookcases.

I bought two of these and put it next to each other, and make the bottom as my shoe racks. I'm very pleased about this purchase. And i'm planning to buy more for the other room.

This product is not excellent but it will do the job. I'm so in love with my walk-in closet right now and i'm planning to order more for the guest room.

This product is very easy to assemble, the wood is not great but that's what you expect on a cheap product. I'm very happy with this purchase and i'm very happy with my new closet.

Great looking organizer! Must be careful when assembling it because screws break and it chips easily. Other than that, love it! Great customized look with the addition of the top shelves, corner unit, and shoe racks!

Please do not buy this. The drawers are not flush with the main case. I spent 6 hours assembling 4 units and when I started to assemble the drawers, I find out they are not flush. There is a 1 inch gap on both sides of the drawer face with the closet case. The pictures online are not correct. Prior customers got the different drawers then what they are selling now. Save your time and frustrations and DON'T BUY THIS!!!!!!!

The closet system was easy to assemble. The system is flexible so you can choose the layout that works best in your closet. It looks great and we're happy with the product.

I installed 2 of these units in a walk in closet for a customer. Lot's of parts to put together. But good instructions Took me a day to put them together and install. Looked like a high end product after installed

I've always wanted custom closet until I fell on these and bought them. What I realized was. If you buy that kit separately as of the shoe rack separate, the shelves and the unit itself that come with 3 rods, it should be less expensive. The wood is a poor quality and it will start having marks and chips from the moment you are pulling them off the box. Some of the screws heads like the one that hold the bottom shelf are the real headaches. Be careful not to put the flat ones in unless you know exactly that they only attach the top one as they will be such a problem to get off. They all have the same system. One tower is basically made out of 2 halves. Do each half separately. If put one together. You will be a pro at the second part. The end job is beautiful, at first it will feel flimsy but once you put it together and do not let them rip each other the end product can even hold an elephant. You'll love it! Do each part separately. put the top first and flip it down so it can seat on the floor both legs up. Remember again, don't let them hang by just the screws.

1) The kit was a like putting a puzzle together. 2) All the parts were in each kit but one of the shelves were missing the parts bag. 3) I bought 5 kits and 10 x 4ft. shelves. 4) The pressed wood kits were very heavy for myself to carry up to 2nd floor were I assembled them. 5) Each kit and 2 shelves were assembled in a bout 3 hours and this included attaching them to the studs behind the drywall for support. 6) The pressed wood is heavy to work with but each piece matched up and went together very well. 7) The 5 kits and 2 shelves gave me 30 ft. of linear space along one wall of a room 40 by 20. a) The 5 kits gave me 12 feet of shelve storage, floor to ceiling. (Totaling 60ft. of shelve storage). b) The 10 shelves gave me 8ft. of clothes hanging space. (40ft. of linear hanging space) 8) The project cost was less than $1,000 and the quality is very good for pressed wood cabinetry.
