Easy to assemble and install. It is a small closet and this system was the best fit. I would purchase similar products.

Picture was misleading. I thought I ordered unit with drawers and top shelves. Didn’t realize those items were extra until after I placed my order.

Great product. We had to modify to fit a smaller closet and cut shelves to smaller dimensions. Assembly required.

It was easy to put together and exactly what I expected.

I was impressed by the look of the final product. It really does look almost as good as a much pricier custom job. I was surprised that they didn’t include extra hardware. I had to do quite a hunt to find one piece that dropped and bounced away. The instructions are good.

It's exactly as expected. Obviously, this is all MDF with a paper/vynl covering but its decent, looks good and is easy for anyone to put together. The only part hard for the average Joe is cutting shelving to length. Careful! The finish is easily damaged.

The product is very well made, for a kit using MDF (and not real wood). We are very happy for the versatility it provides our closet. The only reason I do not give it five stars is because it arrives as two separate components: The Closet Kit, with the tower stack and the three rods, and the Top Shelf Kit, with five shelves. This caused two problems: 1) we had to go to Home Depot twice to pick up the various components when they arrived (the Closet Kit comes in two boxes; the Top Shelf Kit comes in one box); and 2) there is no set of instructions to create the look of the “Closet System” as pictured on the site. More specifically, the Closet Kit instructions tell you to install both high-level rods 2-1/8 inches from the top of the tower in Step 13. When you turn the page to Step 14, the final step, you might notice that one rod may be installed lower so that you can install the second shelf about nine inches (or so) lower than the top shelf. So, when you buy this system, you are really buying two kits, and integrating them yourself. Also, the instructions with the Top Shelf Kit tell you how to install only the two top shelves. A person can use the same technique to install the two shelves that are positioned directly above the two rods, but there is no helpful directions for how to install the lowest shelf for shoes. Few people will have the extension tools necessary to accomplish that. Our installer was able to improvise. Finally, the shelves are exactly 48 inches. You may need access to a saw. That is not indicated as a tool you will need. However, on the page of Parts, the instructions state, “If your installation requires a shorter length, the top shelf and trim can be cut to size. Be sure to cut both pieces so dowel holes in both pieces remain aligned.” Luckily, we had access to a table saw which makes cutting the shelves and trim clean and easy. If you want to minimize having to cut anything, be sure to install the tower so that it is four feet from the wall on the side where you expect to have the most shelves. (By the way, our tower system was 17 inches wide. When you add the shelves, that can create a unit that is 113 inches wide, and not the 108 inches as listed.) Luckily, the installer for our unit is also a woodworker, and so everything was okay, and we took the (initial) incorrect rod installation in stride. A little bit of wood caulk and touch-up covers the holes on the tower and a bit of spackle and paint on the wall camouflages the holes made when the rod was installed too high. In the end, we have a beautiful wall system that our woodworker might have been able to duplicate given enough time using real wood and for a lot more in cost. But this kit came with all of the parts and was (relatively) easily installed and was a lot faster when compared to waiting for something made from scratch. We are happy with it.

Poor quality wood product, cheaply made

I was disappointed with the finish. It peels very easily & then you’re left with raw wood. The pole holders were plastic & broke off. I ended up buying New holders & new poles that fit into the stronger pole holders. I would not recommend it.

It was easy to assemble, however, the shelves are poor quality. They chipped even though I used the cutting tools that I've used on for other laminates.
