Let it be known this is not your typical cooler build. EVERYTHING is a separate piece, a lot more to rattle and corrode. The frame has a lip around the bottom, not seen it stock photo see photo attached, that makes leg support installation a pain and potentially less secure. There is NO hole for electrical, must drill out your self. Have seen either avail hole or tap out. This looks like has tap out, but NOT Has some weird do-hickey for float attachment that directions do not explain. Can still attach old way. The pad retention brackets are questionable and a pain. There are 3 separate ones for each side attached with nylon push retainers, so this doesn't look like something that will make for easy removal 1-2 times a season (see photo) The water trough is also a separate piece now as well (see photo) They do have a nice little pump bracket but instead of float coming in through back near duct, the holes are only avail in one of the two 'front' corners (see photo) I guess maybe someone was trying to come up with something that you could replace parts on versus replacing the whole she-bang. Unfortunately these things rust and corrode, including the hardware so to attempt to remove a part here or there when that happens pretty much defeats the purpose as it will most likely ruin the connection. Please share why if you feel this new build is an improvement or if you agree that they appear moot and just create more issues for the user.

I bought this cooler to be eligible for a utility rebate and added it to an enclosed porch. It will requires additional items to install it, most obviously an electric motor and some sort of through wall duct connection, plus weatherproof electrical. And due to its weight when filled with water you need to put some thought into how it’s supported. It’s not a casual initial installation. But if it’s replacing an existing evaporative cooler it should go faster.

I used it to make a patio cooler. With a "squirrel cage" as opposed to a blade fan, it's much quieter than the prefab patio units, supplies a higher volume of air - and colder air. Thermometer registered 74 degree output on a 100+ degree day in 30% humidity.

Removable side panels were screwed in place which had to be removed. This defeated the anti rust paint job and holes had to be touched up once screws were removed. Water inlet hole was on the wrong side of unit. Should have been on side where the exhaust is to minimize waterold Artic Circle unit was. line exposure. Not as good as Artic Circle unit it replaces.

I bought this in June 2021 and installed it in July 2021. Well a year later and it is making horrible noises from the blower wheel assembly. Appears it is not spinning true any longer. It has a 1 year warranty so now I am pretty much screwed. The previous cooler never had an issue like this the 25 years I owned it. Having a heck of a time getting someone to come look at it. Overall very disappointed in the quality and absurd it is failing a year later just after the warranty expired.

Customer service was very poor, Isaiah and another employee just walk away. We loaded our own evaporative cooler. Finally, found a cooler without dent in it.

Can't believe it did not come with a motor.

Have used these for many years.

Came as advertised. Had all the interior electrical ready to be wired to to lead to switch. Only issue is the side louvres do not slide in and out very smoothly,

Everything installed and worked as it should with no issues. Cools my 1000 square foot house with ease. Even when it is 98 degrees outside.
